Wine country delight

Senza Hotel is a beautiful, boutique wine country hotel perfectly located between downtown Napa and Yountville. Wonderful room with gas fireplace and patio adjacent to the pool. Can’t wait to visit again.

Beautiful property. Lovely rooms and bedding. Wonderful balcony overlooking vineyard. Cute snack bar on site with pleasant outdoor seating. Nice hot tub, and pool. Cabanas at pool looked dirty and dingy, so did not sit on them. Walking distance to a nice restaurant

Beautiful boutique hotel in Napa area. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated with a balcony. Hotel staff were excellent. Very conveniently located for visiting area wineries and restaurants. Downtown Napa is about 4 mile drive from hotel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful rooms and property. I was very happy with our stay. The highway noise is a small drawback but not too bad and the pool could use a vacuum to get the leaves etc. Otherwise, 5 star in my book.

Customer service was excellent. When we checked in really late Fernando was so nice and walked us to our room. Jeremy, Miguel and Swilia were the best answering all our questions about the area and recommending places to eat. They treated us like family every day we saw them. Heated floors in bathroom were a luxury.

Wonderfully relaxing hotel

Our stay was wonderful!!! Our check in was probably the easiest ever. We did have to lug our suitcases up a flight of stairs to our room. We were okay with that. Our room was a King Vineyard and was GORGEOUS. Beautiful vineyard view, nice balcony, no screen to block view. Not sure what happened but, we had no coffee pods left and the room itself was warm. Had dinner a short walk away at a recommended restaurant, Dom Giovanni. Went in the pool and hot tub. Pool could use a good vacuuming. Next day, found out our room was also missing some toiletries. Was bit multiple times by bugs that came in from open door to balcony (due to heat) and no screen. Had breakfast at hotel. Delicious, but more cafe style. Our room was still warm and we accounted the hot weather. Went to complimentary wine tasting (amazing) and had appetizers for dinner at hotel cafe. Asked about air conditioning and was told it was a wide spread issue due to heat. 3rd morning, called front desk to ask to switch rooms or check out early with refund. No problem switching to a new building and it turned out air was broken in that building. Was given a new room with a garden view that was gorgeous and cool. No issues what so ever with staff, they were wonderful! Went to another free wine tasting at hotel. Ordered Uber eats to room. Wonderful vacation. Close to other vineyards.

The staff were kind and helpful. The facilities could use some sprucing up. The pool had a fungus all over it and when we asked the pool attendant told us there was enough chlorine in it. Not very appealing. Also the pool as pictured in the ads were deceiving. The pool was actually
