Great stay, easy location
Overall we enjoyed our stay. Great location and friendly customer service. The room was large and well stocked. As a bottom unit we found the rooms above us very loud with people walking all night but otherwise no issues.

Room was tired and needed a refit . Room didn’t have facilities other motel units have in the immediate area . I booked an upstairs room but got a downstairs room . I advised this at reception but despite a sympathetic receptionist as they were booked out nothing could be done .

Warm, welcoming staff - last minute adjustment in rooms sorted without fuss, nothing is a problem attitude, beautiful room, well appointed - would add one easy chair though. Would happily recommend to friends. Am very glad I stayed there.

Budget Motel, lights outside unit 8 stayed on all night, roller blind did not fit properly, as a result light in room all night. Neighbours thumping around, no double glazing. New shower but no soap flannel recess hence a budget holder hung over the shower from probably the warehouse. Not worth $200 odd a night, better elsewhere

Our over night stay was fabulous. Our room was perfect, clean and tidy. Our pull out sofa, wasn't made up. But a quick visit to reception and all was sorted immediately and with a smile and apology. Our Grandchildren thought it was amazing. Grest location to all that we wanted to do.

This is a great place to stay, located right across the road to the beach and children's bike park. You can walk into town from here. Inside the rooms are immaculately clean and tidy with a lovely friendly welcome. Well worth staying here. The one thing I don't really like is the parking at the back, it's a very tight squeeze between the parked cars and the building but okay if you've got a small car. This is a minor inconvenience compared to the property as a whole

Customer service over phone if calling after 12 fantastic, helpful and friendly. Place is quiet at evening and in a good location to what is needed. I found the mattress not the most comfortable but that could be individual preference, room was clean and had all that was needed

The property was close from 11am to 1pm Which we had no idea about. We arrived to a closed reception. However previously we had tried to arrange an early check in. After we rang the hotel to see if we could get in early there was no answer other than a message which said nothing about the closed midst period. We taxied over to find it closed. After walking g for 10mins or so we did get a cal from reception to say they were there and we could check in early. So that was good….

Firstly, the property is dated, so if you are looking for a modern apartment this is not the place for you. It is clean, spacious and is all you would want for a pleasant stay. The property is very reasonably priced given the beachfront location and proximity to town centre. I would stay here again.
