[We're the owners of two Paki Maui condos to give you options! In addition to Paki Maui 323, we also own Paki Maui 227 so please check it out as well, listing 351959). Both are 2 bedroom/2 bathroom so between my 2 condos at the same resort, I can accommodate up to 12 guests (8 adults/4 kids).]
Come stay in our piece of paradise! Paki Maui is a wonderful oceanfront condo resort in West Maui – in the Honokowai region between Kaanapali and Kapalua, ~5 miles north of downtown Lahaina -- with immaculate grounds and tropical landscaping. Renovated in 2014, this spacious 3rd floor, single-level condo offers 1,082 square feet of living area across 2-bedrooms & 2-bathrooms (master bedroom has a King bed & is ensuite, guest bedroom has a Queen bed and couch pulls out to Queen bed). And you’ll just love the views from the two lanais angled towards the ocean. The Paki Maui condo resort is oceanfront and right next door to Honokowai Beach Park, where the kids can enjoy a playground and beach. Enjoy the ocean views of Molokai and Lanai'i from the condo lanais or Paki Maui’s lawn: sip your morning coffee while watching the waves come in or sometimes turtles feeding on the reefs (or even watch humpback whales approximately November - April) and do it all again later with a Mai Tai to watch the beautiful sunset over the Pacific.
We consider our beautifully remodeled condo as our second home, and yours: you won't be roughing it as you'll enjoy the modern amenities, like the free WiFi, Cable TV and convenience of a washer and dryer right in the condo. We of course have a full-size kitchen with cooking utensils and appliances for use during your stay. Whip up a meal and enjoy it on one of the private lanais (off the family room or master bedroom). You can all cool down with the trade winds coming through both sliding glass doors, as well as ceiling fans in every room (no air conditioning). Or take a well-deserved afternoon nap on one of the chaise lounges on the Paki Maui oceanfront lawn!
Directly across the street you'll find the popular Farmers' Market every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning (in the market) for fresh local produce, fruit, breads and the like! Feel free to meander to the deli/market, grab some coffee at the Bad Ass Coffee company and shop at a number of stores across the street.
The Paki Maui grounds are meticulously maintained, with mango and banana trees, a tropical garden with exotic Hawaiian flowers, as well as a koi fish pond with waterfall. You will enjoy the pool and jacuzzi on the grounds plus can relax on the resort's lounge chairs on the lawn at the ocean and under the palm trees. And feel free to prepare your own meals on the gas BBQs available in the swimming pool area. So come enjoy this piece of paradise on Maui - you'll love the relaxing, family experience at Paki Maui. As evidenced by COVID and the Lahaina fire, “Cancel for Any Reason” (CFAR) travel insurance is highly recommended (e.g., Google "Cancel for any reason trip insurance", visit www.insuremytrip.com, check what travel insurance your credit card may offer, etc.). Also please keep in mind the chance of family emergencies/bad weather delays, flight/rental car cancellations, job loss, snow/ice, in addition to Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. If you live in an area prone to hurricanes, forest fires, etc. and cannot make your trip, please seek reimbursement through your travel insurance.
The condo owner will not take the financial risk if the guest is unable to travel for any reason, per the cancellation policy on the rental agreement.

All guests are required to submit a completed and signed rental agreement by 30 days before check-in.
