Perfect house and location
Our stay was fantastic! The house was very tidy and tastefully furnished. My wife enjoyed the wall colors and is eager to repainting our entrance area :-) The pool is warm and welcoming. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Overall 10 out of 10!

Strong smell of smoke and Dirty.
I had the worst experience. I was booked to stay for five nights but left after the second night. The house had a very strong smell of smoke; the shower curtain was filthy; air vent full of mildew; and floors and furniture dirty. Pool was dirty and there was no screen, no lounger cushions. I could go on and on. I contacted the owner to complain and received no satisfaction. He told me I was exaggerating and said that the smoke damage from two weeks prior had been taken care of. It clearly was not taken care of and I had not been informed that there was smoke damage! It was the worst experience. I notified owner that we were leaving after the second night because my pregnant daughter was coughing and my little grandkids feet were filthy from the dirty floors. I asked for a partial refund for the nights we didn’t stay but owner did not respond to that request. I reached out to VRBO and they said they would contact the owner. That was over a week ago and I have heard nothing since. I never write bad reviews but feel I gave owner and VRBO every opportunity to work with me. THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THIS PROPERTY!!!

The house was a great place to stay. Close to the main road through Naples. The open layout was great for having a large group and the pool was great at the end of each day. We all loved it.

House in need of updating/location not great
House was very clean when we arrived. That said, the decor was tacky and dated and the house is in need or repair. We paid more per night than a recent really nice house rental in Hawaii so was very disappointed. Area is very mixed and they were doing construction on the road that was noisy and difficult to get into the property.

Perfect house and location
The house was fantastic. The location was ideal as it was close to many beautiful beaches (Vanderbilt, Lowdermilk, and Wiggins Pass) as well as a variety of excellent restaurants. The kitchen facilities were excellent. We were fortunate in that the wine refrigerator had been neatly supplied by prior renters when we arrived. I would strongly advise anyone searching for a home to look at this one. It was spotless and quite comfortable. The fact that there were three complete bathrooms was also a great plus. The host is quite accommodating.

The property was great for location for mother's funeral . Plenty of space for family . My only thought I wish the grill was in better shape . Had a good time despite the fact that we were there for mother's funeral .
