Very central location and can walk to historic centre and the train station but the piazza and surrounding area not the most desirable and need to be careful at night time. Room was ok for the price. Comfy bed. It is a clean basic hotel.

The B&B was amazing, it’s my first time coming to Naples and I didn’t realise that where I booked, was in a rough area. The hotel and staff were amazing, couldn’t fault that one bit

The hotel is nice - good size room BUT the area is very dangerous , unsafe . If the hotel didn’t have a rooftop terrace we would have been confined to our room. Naples is not an easy place but the location made it worst. As soon as you walked out of the hotel you were unsafe. 5 minutes walk from the station and I can tell you it’s a scary 5 minutes.

Had a one night stay here as we had an early flight out of Napoli. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station and the airport bus stop. The hotel itself is very tired and in need of a good refurb rather than just a coat of paint. The room itself was clean, but there was nothing relaxing or cosy about it. CNN was the only English speaking TV channel. Naples itself is dirty and there doesn’t seem to be much pride taken in the city. Around the station and hotel there are lots of people hanging around, although I didn’t feel unsafe when we went out for dinner.

We read the recent reviews of this hotel and thought it couldn't be that bad. It was. The area although near to the airport and central station is filthy, with rubbish , broken glass , homeless peoples belongings, excrement and young men hanging about there day and night. The hotel itself was basic, no air conditioning in common areas and poor air conditioning in rooms. The rooms had broken,loose floor tiles, moth eaten curtains, ants and mould in bathrooms. Toilet was not fixed to floor. Staff were inattentive and not knowledgeable about local services. We asked through messaging system for rooms together but didn’t get a reply and rooms were not near each other. The only upside was a comfortable bed and pillow. Otherwise I think we would have left.

Good check in expirence and helpful reception. Rooms were clean and of a good size, with very high ceilings. Aircon was powerful enough for the size of the rooms. Good range of options for breakfast with plenty of seating

The main problem with the place is that they advertise air con and yes they have it but it barley works. Asked the lady at reception about it a few times and she just said it’s working. Also it turns off on its own after an hour so woke up in sweats at night. Rook was dirty mold in the shower and smell of spray covering a bad smwll

The property in itself was great, ideal location and within 5-10 minute walking distance of the metro, train station and bus stops. Breakfast was well spread, could’ve done with more fruit, rooms were nice and big but bathroom was narrow. A/C was perfect. The area around the hotel was quite smelly and a little dirty, but this was normal in the area we found. We didn’t like going out after 6.30/7pm, as it started to feel uncomfortable and people around trying to talk to us and approach us. Apart from this, I would go back to this hotel.

Ok for a short stay, wouldn't want to be there for the week. Rooms cramped, breakfast mediocre and the same everyday, not a nice part of Naples, a number of 'rough sleepers' in the area. Good location for trains and buses
