LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! Our condo has just under gone 100% renovations. Everything is brand new! 2 bedrooms with Kings in each or one is a conversion and can be 2 twins upon your request. Comfortable beds our guests rave about! We supply everything you can think of! Beach towels, beach cooler, beach wagon, umbrellas, umbrella sand screws, beach towels, all linens, full sized oven and cooking supplies to cook a feast, Keurig coffee /drip grind coffee pot with beginning coffee, Huge large screen TV in living room, Tv's in both bedrooms, luggage rack holders and full sized dressers, closets with hangers, ironing board and iron, towel rack to dry beach towels, central ac and central heating for chilly evenings. We have an extremely large flat screen TV, fast WIFI password protected, NO GAMING EQUIPMENT IS ALLOWED TO BE HOOKED TO OUR SYTEMS.
This VERY unique location affords you the peace and tranquility of all of Old Naples has to offer yet at a very affordable price. It will take you less than 3 min. to walk to what is the famous Naples Pier to watch the sunsets, go sea shelling, suntanning and swimming.—even fishing!! The quaint vintage Mariner of which this unit is located has a private heated pool and assigned parking. Perfect location!
So close to everything yet so quiet and peaceful! Couldn’t be a better location. Loved the pool, the fast internet and the fact that this place is not crowded. I could always grab a secluded seat at the pool - no matter what time of day!

Our stay was perfect! Judy was amazing to work with. The location of this condo is unbelievable. We could walk to and from beach to use bathroom or make lunch. The condo is perfect and came with so many towels and beach things. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful condo & location
Updated condo, very clean and great amenities. Had beach chairs, beach umbrellas, small cooler, and a beach cart to haul everything! Worked out perfectly since we flew in and couldn't bring our beach stuff. Judy communicated everything we needed to know prior to our arrival. Will definitely visit again!

Tom and Judy are excellent hosts! The condo was decorated beautifully and only one block to the beach! Our kids loved the pool right outside the door and this is the perfect location in close proximity to cute shops and restaurants! Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Newly updated condo in excellent location
We stayed 10 days at this condo. There were 4 adults staying here for 1/2 the time and just 2 of us the other half. We all absolutely loved it! The location is phenomenal- 1 block to the beach and 1 block to 3rd st old Naples shopping and restaurant area. We had coffee on the beach every morning and dinner in town most nights. The condo had just been redone beautifully. Beautiful floors, open new kitchen, comfortable leather sofas, comfortable beds and new nice bathrooms. We had everything we needed for the beach - chairs, umbrellas, towels cooler and wagon - and in the kitchen. Most importantly, the host was fantastic! Judy was always available and helpful and kind and made checking in and getting situated seamless. We highly recommend. A very easy going vacation!

Perfect Location for a girls Weekend
Spent a few days in Naples for a Girls get away and this property was perfect. Beautifully decorated - very clean-comfortable furniture -right outside the door is the pool and a short walk to beach -shopping -restaurants-coffee-etc. They had everything you needed. ( Fully stocked kitchen if you want to eat in, lots of bath and beach towels, beach chairs , cooler etc. Even yoga towels !) Lovely neighborhood . Judy was a pleasure to communicate with -we really enjoyed our stay.

Charming Beach Condo
My children and I loved staying in this condo. It is sweet and charming with a location that can't be beat--literally across the street from the beautiful, white-sand beach, and within walking distance of the shops and restaurants of Old Naples. The condo is homey and comfortable and was everything we hoped for. The owner, Judy, was so kind and so accommodating, and worked super hard to make sure our stay was top-notch. Thank you Judy!!!! A Gem!
This property was very clean, in a great location, and had everything we needed for a wonderful trip to Naples. The hosts were readily available to answer our questions before and during the trip. The beach is truly a short, pleasant walk from the property. We saw lots of dolphins from the pier. On Saturday, we found the Farmer's Market and had some delicious ceviche and salad to enjoy at the property for lunch. We can't wait to return. Thanks Tom and Judy!

Very nice condo and decorated so cute! Everything we needed was provided. The pool was directly outside our door and very nice. Only one block from the beach and two blocks from Naples Pier. Close walking distance to restaurants. I would definitely stay there again!
