Tile floors throughout with new carpeting in bedrooms, large laundry room, stainless steel kitchen appliances, large breakfast bar, new small appliances, utensils and linens, and a two car garage make this a desirable home away from home.

• Tenant Pays: Application Fee $100, Departure Cleaning of $250
• Security Deposit: $1500.00
• Owner Pays: Cable, Internet, Lawn Care, HOA Management Fees, Pest Control, Security, Trash Removal, Taxes. Additions to the cable/internet service will be at the expense of the tenant. All rentals will require the tenant to pay electricity and water.
