Stay at this downtown Naples relaxing 1,864 sqft, 4 BD (2-king beds & 2-queen beds+twin blow up), 2 BA home for the best of vacations. Minutes from 5th Ave beaches/shopping/food/activities. Bonus: 2 outdoor seating areas/ample entertaining space/BBQ/outdoor games (corn hole, jenga, putting green), 2 bikes & beach equipment for 8. This space has it all. Fully stocked kitchen, 4 comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 bikes, 2 outdoor spaces and a great downtown location, close to the Naples Pier/Beach and Downtown Naples shopping/dining. The house is pet friendly to only hypoallergenic small dogs <25 lbs. Pre approval required. $100/dog non refundable fee, max 2 dogs. 

As you enter, you'll be greeted by a meticulously clean, centrally air-conditioned living space decorated with serene coastal flare. You'll immediately feel more relaxed as you make your way through an airy entry hall, a breezy dining area, and a well-appointed kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The sunken living room features a large 65" Roku smart TV - one of five throughout the house. The beautiful backyard is accessed through sliding glass doors, offering a gas grill, a shaded dining table, a round sofa with an umbrella, a portable outdoor speaker, a putting green, wood jenga blocks, corn hole, beach cruisers and more!

Of the four bedrooms, all have thick mattress pads, hotel bedding, and 55"+ Roku smart TVs, one is a primary bedroom with a spacious walk-in closet, and one is its own efficiency studio with it's own kitchenette for privacy (all rooms have doors/pocket doors-pictures are deceiving). A number of family-friendly amenities are provided as well, including a Pack 'N Play, sound machines, black-out shades, games for all ages, books, and coloring supplies. Kitchen is fully stocked with a blender, food processor, crock pot, coffee pot, french press, baking pans...just about everything!

The house fits 8 guest + 2 babies (2 pak n plays) and 1 child (toddler/twin blow up mattress). If you have more than 8 guest/adults I will request an additional $100/per person per night fee. If you used the pack and play or the blowup mattress, please put them back with you found them.

The Southwest Florida sun and our two outdoor areas will invite you outside to enjoy the comfy outdoor amenities. In the backyard we have a huge round sofa to lounge, dining for 6 and a BBQ grill as well as room to play games. In the front, there is room to enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast or read a book throughout the day. Bonus: we take a proactive approach to limiting any bugs and mosquitos so that you can enjoy the outdoors as much as we do.

Excursions/Activities:
Want to spend your days away from the house? We have 2 beach bikes/helmets+bike lock for you to enjoy + details on area rentals (paddle board, kayak, additional bikes incl kids trailers, cruising boats, fishing boat, boat tours etc), activities/excursions (the list is too long, basically everything Naples and SWFL offers) + all the beach equipment you might need (8 beach chairs, umbrella's, beach toys and and endless supply of beach towels).

If you would like a reliable babysitter, just reach out. We do have a pak-n-play, sheets and kids tableware for you at the house complimentary.
