They were very helpful, my room was ready early and the place was very clean. Conveniently located near the train station.

The accommodation itself was great and perfect for catching our morning train to Rome as it was an 8 minute walk to the station. The area around the station and the hotel does not inspire confidence. There is lot of garbage strewn on the streets and sidewalks (a garbage strike?). While people we met at shop and restaurant were kind, it didn’t feel like a safe place for night time wandering. We never met our host because we checked in late and checked out early, but they were very accommodating to giving us the codes we needed to access the building.

Modern and spacious
The room was spacious and had a modern design. They stocked the room with treats and water which was helpful. Unfortunately, there was construction happening in the building while we were there that was noisy and went well into the evening. The surrounding neighborhood felt sketchy upon arrival, but it was convenient to the train station.

Family Apartments Was a Real Find
We wanted to stay near the Napoli Centrale train station, so looked at nearby properties with great customer reviews. The result was a really great place-the Famalu Apartments. Modern, clean, great proprietess. Next door to a supermercato and a great patisserie! We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to stay there again if we return to Naples.

Very modern and clean and functional, but the surrondings are not very nice but its in walking distance of the historical centre, safe so far. can be noisy, as in a very dense building. all services work perfectly insode the apartment.

Cute apartment withing walking distance to the train station. Appreciated the snacks provided for arrival and the apartment set up. There is a grocery store next door and it's convenient to do a day trip to Pompeii as the train station is so close.

This property is in a great location to the train and subway station. Having said that there are places we would not venture. We did find a few great little restaurants near but that were very inexpensive. The property also provided restaurant suggestions. The room itself was very nicely appointed with a kitchen and washing machine.

Naples is a gritty city but this place is convenient and very clean and the staff are great! There's a grocery store below and it's just a few blocks walk from the central train station, and 15 mins by taxi to the airport. There's a ton of food options and restaurants in the area around the train station.

Best rooms out of 7 hotels in EU. Only 5 blocks from train station. Adult son was with us and we had a 2 bedroom rental. Make sure they have your cell number, so youcan get the codes if you arrive after 2 pm. Would stay again.

excellent location for the train and bus station within a 3 - 5 minute walk. comfortable room, bed could be improved with an actual duvet instead of cotton sheet as nights get cooler (only suggestion not a complaint) shower was very good.
