I loved staying in the Spanish Quarter. They let us check in early and they stored our luggage for the day. They had a great breakfast with lots of choices. They called a taxi for us to go to the train station since the metro was closed due to strike.

The property is perfectly located for easy waling to many sights to see but what makes it a 5 star property is the staff which were exceptional in handling some difficult issues our group had. Everything from finding an emergency dentist to lost luggage, to providing a first class breakfast each morning. If I could rank them higher than a 5 star, I would.

The area is charming and chaotic. Lots of restaurants and bars. Close to port, museums and the metro. Great staff and a lovely hotel.

Good hotel for a short stay while in Naples. The front desk staff very were helpful, kind and accommodating, the room itself was spacious and clean. The shower did have some issues with drainage. The location is very central and there was a good selection for breakfast.

Excellent location, walkable to major attractions, and near to many pizzerias ( Pizzeria Casa Laezza highly recommended) and restaurants. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I highly recommend it.

I liked that the location was near to many food options, bars, and shopping area. I think the hotel can do better with the breakfast options. The pastries were stale sometimes. But overall it was a great stay. The front desk were always attentive and the room was always found clean.

I cannot say enough about how exceptional this hotel is. Everything, from the staff to the room, was perfect! Nell went above and beyond to take care of me. As a solo female traveler visiting Italy for the first time, I felt completely safe and well looked after. The staff accommodated an early check-in and ensured I reached my next destination safely, even after the transportation company made an error. The area around the hotel is safe, and despite the noise outside, the rooms are soundproof, providing a peaceful stay. The air conditioning was just right, there was plenty of hot water, and the breakfast options were excellent, with all the specialty coffee you could wish for. They also arranged fantastic tours at great prices. I promise, you can't go wrong choosing this hotel. The location is conveniently close to everything!

This hotel is Naples. Surrounded by narrow Italian streets filled with restaurants and small shops. The hotel is charming with a fantastic attentive staff. Great breakfast as well. Would highly recommend.

Lovely Room
We stayed here one night before our flight to Uk . We stayed in a triple room and they set up 3 angle beds as requested. Room and amenities were great . Reception staff were helpful . Breakfast was great . It was in a busy areas near all shops and restaurants . We would visit again

Fantastic hotel only 1 minute walk of the main shopping street in Naples and surrounded with plenty of food options. We had an early flight and the hotel reception sorted out out with a taxi to the airport for a great price and had breakfast in a take away bag for us both to bring along so we would not go hungry. Would definitely stay again when visiting Naples

Loved this hotel!
Excellent stay! The front desk people were so so nice and very helpful. Room was spacious and clean. Balcony was amazing and the bathroom was BIG which is rare to find. Would absolutely stay again, cannot recommend enough!
