The room is very elegant is like your in a kingdom😊 very clean, staffs are very kind and helpful . Breakfast is a lot to choose , very delicious . Definitely will recommend it 😊

This place is a dive - certainly not for tourists to stay. I was here for about six hours between flights and I wanted to leave and find a better hotel. But it was midnight and the neighborhood looked pretty sketchy. I don't know why people rated it a 10 - maybe they had low expectations.

Disappointing stat
Horrible experience- on check in we were told by Mariano that what we booked and paid for- Superior quadruple room that had 2 balconies and was large was given to someone else and he finally gave us a small room facing the street ( very noisy) Air conditioner barely worked He gave us extra soap/ shower gel and towel so that was nice Really not good for long distance international hotel guests especially from the USA They definitely need to have working air conditioners especially in the middle of summer heat and humidity! Breakfast staff were good although shared utensils to take food from large serving plates which is a health hazard especially for compromised travelers Not close to city center - public transport can be a nightmare especially on holidays

Pros:- superior quadruple room was big, breakfast good although shared utensils, kitchen/ breakfast staff good, Pasquale tried to help with dead air conditioner. Cons- far from city center, average public transport, non existent air conditioning in the middle of very hot and humid summer-exhausting and sleepless night. Front desk not too helpful- hotel advertises air conditioner- maybe good for local Italians and some Europeans although not good for US travelers

The area surrounding the hotel is very dirty and feels unsafe. On Sunday we couldn’t find a taxi passing by and had to walk for half an hour to catch one. The hotel itself is okay but there are no facilities available. Safety is also a concern. Personally I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

The hotel is fine, but Naples is a tough area. There is nothing to eat around the hotel that is within safe walking distance, literally nothing. So prepare for that. They will arrange a taxi for you to the airport for the next morning, but really I would suggest staying somewhere closer.

Convenient if getting to and from airport. We had to leave hotel at 3:30 am for airport, hotel made the arrangements for us. Front desk very friendly and helpful, especially Alissio. Also allowed us to store two bags for a few days before we returned to hotel for flight home.

Great Little Gem
We were a group of 8 friends that booked this hotel for it’s proximity to the airport as we had early morning flights…it was a pleasant surprise …the rooms were great, beds, super comfortable, bathrooms, sparkling clean and the service was exceptional….both the young lady at checkin and later on, the young man at reception were most helpful and kind, recommending a great restaurant for lunch that was just down the street…it was so good that we returned for dinner…then directing us to a market that was also within walking distance, and assisted in booking our taxi for the early hour of our departure…..it was good value for the price.

Lovely hotel
Stayed for two nights while travelling . Hotel is about 15 mins from the airport but a bus or taxi anywhere else. Staff were great and very helpful. Buffet breakfast was good and we were able to use the room one evening to plan our next leg of the journey with friends. Be aware though..there is no free shuttle as was advertised when we booked.
