This condo is one of a series of vacation properties offered by this owner who has a established rental history in Lely Resort with a 5/5 guest rating. It is one of just a handful of condos in Greenlinks that has access rights to the sort after members only PLAYERS CLUB AND SPA. You will receive guest passes, for all guests staying in the condo, to this resort style club as part of your reservation.

The condo itself is a luxury 2 bedroom plus den and 2 bathroom Golf Condo located in the Greenlinks community within the prestigious Lely Resort Community. Resort-lifestyle vacation luxury condo, with the best lake and golf views. This villa style condo has been professionally renovated and redecorated in 2024. NEW KITCHEN, BATHROOMS, FLOORS AND FURNISHINGS. Tiled throughout, with no carpet. The ground floor location makes this condo easily accessible.

Greenlinks is located adjacent to the Lely Golf club, making for easy walking access to the driving range to hit a few balls, or to the restaurant for dinner on the patio overlooking the golf course. Greenlinks resort style amenities boast a beautiful landscaped pool and spa area, grill area, clubhouse with fitness room, shuffleboard, bocce, tennis and pickle ball.

A GOLFERS PARADISE WITHIN LELY RESORT:

- The condo sits alongside 2 onsite 18 hole Championship courses. My guests enjoy preferential Tee times as well as discounted golf rates all year round. Guests can book tee times through the Greenlinks reception. Enjoy priority tee-times as my guest.
- The Flamingo Island, designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr., and Mustang Golf Course, designed by PGA's Lee Trevino. Both courses have been recognized in Golf World's 2009 'Reader's Choice' Awards and each earned 'Top 50 Resort Course' listing. 2019 PGA Tour Championships Chubb Classic was Played at Lely Resort.
- Golf carts come standard with Par View GPS, providing accurate information from tee to the pin, hole diagrams and tips and other useful information.
- The Lely clubhouse features a pro shop, lounge and restaurant open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, plus men's and ladies' locker rooms with showers.
- The practice facility is comprehensive, with a grass range, short game area, and 3 huge putting greens.


FLOOR PLAN:

With the largest floor-plan and 9ft high ceilings, the villa is a 1390 SQ ft spacious condo, accommodating up to 5 guests. The villa has two luxurious masters-ensuites: The master bedroom offers a luxurious king bed with a new luxury mattress, his and hers oversized walk in closets, and a new spacious en suite with an oversized shower, free standing tub and 2 sinks. The guest bedroom, has two new comfy XL twin beds, and access to the second bathroom with a large glass shower.The villa also has an open plan den with built in twin sized day-bed (daybed is suitable for children to sleep in) as the den is open into the main living area, providing a very open plan spacious feel to the villa.

Jennifer the host was the best we have had anticipating our needs and allowing us to use the Players Club for free one day when the trees were being trimmed at the Greenlinks pool. We came to Greenlinks at Lely Resort with high expectations and they were more than met. We sought a premier host and Jenny and her condo were outstanding. I told my host that if it were on sale I would buy it. We overlooked the pond and the golf course. Our accommodations were modern, clean, spacious and up to date. The place was truly beautiful. Because the reason we were there was for a family wedding we were unable to use all of the amenities of the resort. The fact that you have access to the Players Club is amazing.Take advantage of that amenity if able. Jenny was accessible and accommodating. Can’t say enough. Jenny thank you. Great spot to relax in Naples
My family had a great stay at Jenny's property. Pictures were very accurate. We were able to take advantage of access to the Players Club as guests also, which was a nice bonus (small additional cost). The pool / facilities in Greenlinks were certainly ample but the Players Club offerred more pools, restaurants and facilities. It was very close but worth noting that it is not walkable to the Players Club as there is no gate on the lakeside. Everything in the property is nice, new and clean. The washer / dryer was even as we had at home. The condo is stocked with helpful items (spices, wine openener, beach chairs, pickleball set). I was especially impressed that it even had an extension cord as I brought my own Amazon firestick for the TV but needed an extension cord to get it to the TV. Location is convenient for getting into Naples, Marco and the Everglades. Definitely recommend!

Loved our stay! The condo was extremely clean, beautifully updated, well furnished, and extremely comfortable for our family of 4. The location was great with the peaceful views overlooking the pond and green which made it all the more relaxing. In addition to providing wonderful, upscale accommodations, Jenny gave us great suggestions of things to do and see along with her own personal restaurant recommendations in the area. We also loved the pickle ball and bocci set and used them frequently to create even more family memories to bring home with us. Looking forward to a return trip.

This condo is darling. The entire place is very nicely equipped, from the furnishings to the dinnerware & cookware to the bed linens and towels to the tvs. There were 2 of us 65+ adults for this stay. We like to be at Lely because we come to FL to golf and with the two golf courses right there it is quite easy to play a lot. We didn’t cook much at the condo, just breakfasts (there is both a Keurig and regular drip coffee maker) and light lunches, but there would have been everything we needed to make a regular meal. Although at the moment there is no microwave but I understand there are plans to add one in the future. The front office area was wonderful and allowed us to work while there. We’ve rented at Lely many times and this unit is one we will look forward to renting again. The owner, Jenny, was very easy to communicate with about this unit.

Don’t hesitate. Book it!
My husband and I enjoyed a fantastic week at Jenny’s condo along with our 15 month old toddler. The unit is exactly as pictured. Clean, and well kept. The communication with Jenny the owner was stellar! She responded quickly, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. It was a beautiful vacation, and we won’t hesitate to book any of Jenny’s properties in the future.

Perfect Getaway!
This vrbo was perfect for a 2 week stay. It looked exactly like the pictures online. Very clean and well kept. The owner responded very quickly to any questions I had. My husband loved the Mustang golf course. One of the courses was closed for remodeling. We really enjoyed Sneads restaurant for lunch and dinner. The pool was plenty big enough and the water temperature was just right. We would definitely stay here again

Beautiful unit, clean, well furnished, had all that we needed in a beautiful setting. We especially enjoyed the screened patio looking over the lake. The bed was super comfortable, the spacious master bath has separate sink areas that make it super convenient for couples getting ready to head out for the day. The amenities like the pool and the grill area there are a bonus too. I wish we had more time to spend in this unit and in beautiful peaceful Naples FL

Beautiful property on the golf course
We really enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated, well-stocked and comfortable condo. Every morning we looked forward to the lovely view from the lanai of the variety of birds on the water and the golfers playing the par 3 on the other side of the water. There's alot to do in this area and we just wished we could have stayed longer! Highly recommend for a quiet, relaxing visit to the Naples area.

Great property as pictures show
The property was perfect and beautifully decorated. It was fully equipped with everything they even had linens laid out for the pull out couch which we used. The grounds and neighborhood are beautiful… The only reason I gave the location four stars is because it is about a 15 minute drive from the heart of downtown Naples and beaches however that did not bother us. We stayed here with three children and I was very comfortable plenty of space I would stay here upon our return to Florida.
