Take the short drive into town to experience local cuisine featuring the finest seafood, arts, entertainment, and family-friendly attractions. Nature enthusiasts will admire over 50 trails within close driving distance during warmer months. Come winter, bring your skis and snowshoes as this home is less than 12 miles from Bridgton, where Pleasant ski mountain and snow tubing at Sea-coast fun park bring winter fun. Jugtown is also a close drive away and popular for snowmobiling and four-wheeling. Nearby cross-country skiing trails and ice fishing spots during this season add to more adventure.

Inside you'll find a bright interior with natural light flooding in from the windows purposefully built to enjoy the lake view. Cuddle up in the living area and have a movie night on the TV. Enjoy each other's company by dining or playing board games on the large dining table or cooking a memorable meal together in the full kitchen, complete with all the cupboard space you'll ever need. Several pieces of stained-glass windows throughout the home give it character and charm. Downstairs boasts a full kitchen, a second dining table, and a patio entryway with even more views. With comfy places to sleep, including several double futons, you'll get much-needed rest from the day's activities. Sip your morning coffee and enjoy the spectacular Atlantic sunrise on the balcony or covered porch. Play a fun game of bocce ball on the court, then roast marshmallows by the firepit when the stars come out to dot the sky.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
