Kayaks are also provided for cruising the neighborhood waterways, which can be launched from the private dock. The backyard paradise also boasts a gas firepit, a tropical bar area, and a covered patio for all-day outdoor leisure. Great local dining options are also within easy reach of home.

The fully updated interior features all-new appliances from top-to-bottom for complete modern comfort and convenience. A sparkling suite of stainless steel appliances is equipped for easy at-home meal prep. A plush sofa and a smart TV are equipped for casual indoor downtime. Two of the bedrooms include their own smart TV and one bedroom features direct patio access. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
