This hotel is very close to Nara station and a lot of food places. The rooms are tiny but manageable.

Bathroom is very dangerous. The big step in as mentioned is a hazard. The size of the bathroom is barely the size of portable bathrooms (porta potties) and the sink is basically in the bath tub. Height is impossible for anyone taller than 5’ 10”. Step in to the tub is also incredibly high. The rooms are also very dated, and as mentioned the sofas need to go. Staff pleasantry and helpfulness was a mix. Early morning staff was excellent to help us with the luggage transfer. The ones that checked us in though was a little rough.

Nara hotel 5-7 minutes walk from the station. Decent sized room for Asia. Includes a small sitting bench. Kettle and hair dryer and various amenities. Small work table. Good strong shower. Air conditioner a bit on the weak side and took a while to get going. Wifi strong.

The room we were in had no view at all. We had to keep the curtains closed so it was dark all the time. The bathroom was small and congested. It reminded me of a cruise ship bathroom but smaller and the step up to the bathroom was dangerous. The sofa in there needs to go. It looks like it's from the 1920s. It's too large of a couch for such a small space. It was clean and the staff were very nice but the room for what we paid was not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel to others.
