It was really convenient for a one night stay with our two children. They were tired from the flight and to have a short free shuttle bus to the hotel was amazing. Also the staff was friendly. The room is really small but very very clean. We loved the breakfast… was authentic. We caught the free shuttle bus back to Narita Airport to catch our limousine bus to Tokyo Bay bound for DisneyLand. Hotel is highly recommended for a short stay. They provided amenities. Loved the hotel and service.

Very very very small room we hardly have space to walk outside No space to store luggage we have to move luggage to walk outside room after 2 beds there is no space even to stand properly aince it is just over night stay before travel we managed Pros: Hotel provided basic needs

I stayed here and feel like it’s worth the money spent. Breakfast gets really packed due to it being so close to the airport. Wouldn’t recommend for families may be a little cramped.

Really good hotel with great airport transfers free with their really efficient regular coaches. Having a Lawson inside the hotel as well was perfect for those last minute bites to eat. Having a complimentary buffet breakfast and coffee every day was really nice and a pleasant extra! Wifi is exclusive to your room and the tv in the room has smart functions with the ability to login to all the streaming apps! Will definitely stay again!!!

Close to the airport. Very clean rooms. Free shuttle to the airport, took a taxi from the airport to the hotel - but we didn’t ask if there is a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Free breakfast in the main building. A reasonably priced convenience store where you can buy pre packaged food & eat it in the dining room. They’ll heat the food too upon request. Takes credit card or cash (yen).
