Two 70 plus women. Got there at 10am, room not available till 4pm, no help with luggage, no food available except breakfast the next morning. Small shop with food available which was all pre packed and not able to eat in room so had to buy everything, including coffee etc and eat it in the 'dining room' situated in the lobby of the hotel. Room the size of a jail cell with extremely hard beds, no extra linen, pillows etc. It was a very disappointing experience all round. Would not stay there again!

It’s compact room but it’s all there what I need. I think it’s pretty good value. There aren’t any restaurants around. I recommend to eat at Narita airport or buy some good bento box for dinner before you check in.

Staff was not supportive during check in. Although the hotel hasa restaurant, it only open for breakfast. So if you are hungry, you will nees to pick some food at the Lawson convinience store. Is technically a hotel to spend a night before taking a flight.
