Great location and ocean view. Room a little tired overall, but the ocean-facing sitting area and balcony were lovely features and I put the fridge and microwave to good use.

We stayed for my friends wedding and they were great with letting me check in early for a very small fee. It was helpful because my daughter needed her nap! They upgraded us to an ocean view room which was absolutely beautiful with a balcony. Very clean room, would definitely stay again.

All kinds of noise, trucks running and guys talking loudly in the parking lot, right outside the rooms at 3am til after 4am. Yes that's 3 and 4 in the morning. Impossible to sleep... not good.

Nice, clean hotel great staff ..walking distance to a nice part of Narragansett ..a nice restaurant called Celeste,a coffee shop- Cool Beans and a sandwich place.. beautiful to walk along the water. In the summer, there are more shops open

Great location. But, Property is run down. Needs a complete renovation. Room 109 is loud from restrooms above and showers. Also light from outside fills the room at night. Stairs next to room so you can hear people going up and down very easily. I was very disappointed
