Pääkodissa on 3 makuuhuonetta ja 2 täyttä kylpyammetta, kun taas ylimääräinen vierasmökki (jota ei ole liitetty kotiin) on tehokkuustyyli, jossa on 1 täysi sänky, 1 parisänky ja 1/2 kylpyamme ulkosuihkulla. Kiinteistö on mökkityylinen, ja siinä on keskusilmastointi, täysin varustettu keittiö, jossa astianpesukone, pesukonekuivaaja, kansi huonekaluilla ja 6 hengen kylpytynnyri, ja sillä on tien varrella suuri piha, joka on ihanteellinen perhejuhlia varten. Koti on kävelymatkan päässä Point Judithin majakasta, rannasta, surffausalueista, kalastuslaiturista, veneiden käynnistämisestä kajakkeille, kanooteille, vesiskoottereille jne. Muutaman minuutin ajomatkan päässä on monia ravintoloita, jäätelökauppoja, meren antimia ja yöelämää.

Close to the beach!
Great location with easy access to Camp Cronin beach with great views, long jetty you can walk out on, and sandy beach. Point Judith lighthouse is a 5 minute walk. Nice hikes up in Narraganset.

Great location, would plan better next time
The location of this house is great. Close to the lighthouse and beach and even in winter with snow this was a fantastic location. The owners alerted ahead of time, but the hot tub was not functional while we were there which was disappointing. But what can you do?Overall, it felt that the house had its care was out of season. The Wi-Fi initially wasn’t on so the tv didn’t work, which in the winter is a good thing to have working. We had to do a sweep and clean of the house upon arrival and the beds were not made which we discovered is because of the house policy that renters are to wash, dry, and fold all the bedding and any other linens used before checkout. The washer and dryer were both going quite slow the day we were leaving, we contacted the owners and had to do a late check out to finish. Which delayed our 8 hour drive home. Now that we have a better idea of what to expect, we would come back but plan differently for the trip.

Relaxing and suberb location
Thank you hosts for a wonderful stay! Your beach house is charming in its own way, and we just loved the sunrise, moonrise and closeness to/views of Point Judith lighthouse every single day/night with deer abounding, and added feature of the hot tub! It was so relaxing. With that said I think it warrants mentioning that expecting guests to wash their own linens is unreasonable and unsanitary. We left before dawn for the airport. How many guests do you think really get up early enough, as we did, to do wash/dry/fold sheets /towels? Something to consider. Thank you again!

No sandy beach
There was no sandy beach within walking distance. We took our dog but the property was not fenced in so we had to keep him tied up. We went across the street to the fishing waters and he enjoyed that. The hot tub was excellent. Our stay was nice. Couldn't get near the. Lighthouse

Location, location!
My family and I had an incredible vacation here! The location of this home is spectacular!! What made our trip even better is being able to bring our two dogs and the large, clean yard as well as the dog beach across the street from the house! We spent a lot of time in the hot tub with views of the ocean! Also any time I contacted the host, I received a prompt response. Look forward to coming back here next year!

A relaxing getaway
This property was what we were hoping for, relaxing, comfortable, roomy, near the water, away from neighbors, washed with sunlight. We didnt cook ( i was on vacation, after all) but the kitchen looked well equipped. Loved sitting on the deck, reading, and looking up to see the resident rabbit. If i could change one thing, it would be to wish the cable TV options were better. Probably not first on the list if you are spending the day at the beach, but that wasnt us. I would happily rent here again

Great location and we enjoyed our mini vacation!
The only complaint I have is that I had to clean up the yard from the previous renters dog. As I also had a dog and cleaned up every time alone with what was left before us! Please if you have a dog clean up after it and not give responsible dog owners a bad name!

Spectacular long weekend
The house is small but definitely big enough for the 3 of us and 2 dogs. The place was clean and the location was spectacular. Comfortable beds and the yard was great for the dogs and humans as well. I read the reviews so I brought all my needed items for cooking. Gas stove and oven. 3 of the 4 burners needed to be lit manually. We enjoyed the hot tub. The owner has several areas on their property with cameras, just fyi:-) The area really is so beautiful. We enjoyed going across the street and walking at the ocean. There were several surfers there. The lighthouse is right down the street with a nice little park. We had daily deer visitations in the yard. About a half an hour to downtown Newport and we enjoyed the St. Patrick’s Day parade. The showers had good water pressure but the water does not get hot but it’s definitely warm. Not complaining, just saying. We have been visiting this area for 5 years this time of year and this is our overall favorite. Location is 5 stars. Thanks Chuck and Emily for sharing your piece of heaven on earth with us!

Great Short Stay
You get exactly what you pay for. It's a nice, cozy home. Great backyard for kids and dogs. Hot tub was a huge plus. We used for a little get-away and it was perfect. The location is great and with better weather, we would've appreciated it a lot more. Hosts were awesome.

Horrible description of place
First we check in and the lock box was so hard to open, but after 5 min freezing and pitch dark as we are trying to open it the lock box finally got in. The place was not like the pictures. Smell was nasty , Dog hair all over the place it was so gross. Couches , beds and all over the floors and hair in the bathtubs , wall were in terrible condition, and the bedroom had make shift old left over tables not dressers. Let’s talk about this dirty sayings couch that is clearly not a couch that the cushions don’t fit. Back breaker. We had to clean and sanitize everything bc it was clearly not cleaned . As for no refunds that to me is ridiculous. When i chatted with the host they were rude as can be. bc i put one guest and staying why did i say we and i go i booked not pressing it and then she or he states how do they know i am not 20 people . Really ! I question the house cleanliness and u are asking if i am 20 people we are family people and why should we clean it’s should be cleaned so don’t state it on your site things are cleaned . Ridiculous We left there sneezing and grossed out. The only good thing is nice land, lighthouse , water but other then that’s hell no! I made a complaint to them and vrbo asking for partial refund and the owners had nothing to say. I will never rent from them again and i use vrbo a lot and this was a bad one. I have pictures to show the mess. I am disputing the charges. Very unhappy we were. I think this place is more for them to make money and they don’t care about it. It would be so much nicer if they would put money into this house updating , changing furniture, scrubbing it down and a little paint will help this house . It’s a shame it’s so run down. Oh not to mention cottage. I wasn’t using it but curios that is not a cottage it’s a shed. Scary by far most. So don’t say cottage say 2 by 4 storage area. I

Wedding weekend
We rented this location while in town for a wedding in late October and stayed with 4 Adults and 2 Children (3 and 4months) and our 2 pups. Location was perfect and great for our family. Beautiful lot Walking distance to a dog friendly beach. A few things to note that I just missed on listing but is clearly there. Bring your own sheets and toiletries for shower. There is only basic cable with no smart tv to stream. Was fine for our couple of nights but just to be aware. Host was easy to communicate with. The location was so perfect we would return again!

Weekend get away.
Although we dealt with what was left of Hurricane Ian we definitely enjoyed ourselves. Plenty of he Rest seafood restaurants in close proximity, as well as Newport and a visit to University of RI campus.

Great location, great house!
We've stayed here a few times in the past and always have a wonderful time. The location is perfect, directly across from the beach. Lots of yard for lounging when not at the beach. The small cottage in the back is great for kids or just people who may want to be a bit more private.

Fabulous time!
I was so pleasantly surprised by the size of the house. I thought it would be small, but it’s not! The yard is huge and wonderful to sit out on in the provided chairs. And then jump into the hot tub at night, under the stars…perfect! We didn’t use the little house out back but my husband used the outside shower everyday and LOVED it! You feel very secluded and the views of the ocean are beautiful. We brought our 2 little dogs and the fencing provided was great. We are from RI and our granddaughter is 6 months old. We usually stay in Block Island with our 2 grown daughters and son in law but didn’t this year because we wanted to stay close by with the baby. We went to Wheeler beach most days which was beautiful and 5 minutes away. We ate most often at home but went to George’s for lobster! Love their outside Tiki Bar too! We hope to rent here again next year! Loved it!

Great location, great hosts
This small house accommodated more than you might imagine. Two of the Queen bedrooms were small, buy very cleverly appointed with a simple open style dresser and clothing rack. They worked very comfortably for each of our two grown kids. There was a full bath for them to share. The master bedroom was much larger, with its own bathroom. A top/down washer/dryer was in a cubby in the master. The kitchen was well appointed and table seating could fit 6, but 4 was more comfy. An L shaped sofa could accommodate as many, but was comfortable with just 4 adults most of the time. There was a tiny guest house in the back yard with a powder room and outdoor shower. My oldest had two friends visit once night and it was handy for that. The hot tub was pleasant and there was a grill we could have used. We appreciated that we could bring my oldest's well-behaved cat! The location was nice for walking to the small beach directly across the street, just down a short lane. This beach had free access, and tended to be very crowded, but provided for a nice walk in the evenings. The lighthouse, just down the road, had an adjacent park with nice views, a trail and benches to enjoy the view. The public beaches, Block Island ferry were a short car ride away. The house had two TVs, wifi, central AC. You can stream Netflix, etc. from your laptop if you bring an HDMI cable. The house had many positive features, as described above. It's not fancy. It's not spacious, but it can accommodate most needs very well. The owners checked with us twice and very friendly.
