ā no rearranging furniture (leave the decorating to us)
ā no confetti or tape on walls (or anything else that would cause damage)
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENTS
The primary renter must be at least 21 years old. Exceptions are made on a case-by-case basis for guests aged 18-21 and requires Stay Mintyās express written permission and a paid security deposit of $500 to be collected separately.. Contact us for details prior to booking.Ā
**We do not accept bookings from guests within a 50 mile radius.
SECURITY CAMERAS
Stay Minty properties are equipped with exterior Ring Cameras/Doorbells and are capable of recording video and audio.
GUEST REGISTRATION
Upon booking with us, simply register your stay within 48 hours to gain access to our guest portal where you'll find reservation and property details, access codes and other pertinent information. To complete registration, you will be asked for personal details and will upload your driver's license and a selfie (don't worry - it's super simple!). Airbnb guests with a ""VERIFIED"" profile are pre-registered and aren't required to go through this process.
OPTIONAL FEES
The following fees are paid in addition to and after the reservation is paid for.

Very nice experience
We stayed here for our family Christmas vacation and we enjoyed our stay. The homes were hig enough to accommodate my entire family. The property manager was very supportive and responsive. Overall I had a great experience and would book again.

Work Trip
The communication with Stay Minty was excellent. They provided quick responses and service. We had a lot of challenges with check-in, as the codes weren't working on the houses. There were also issues with the actual locations we rented not being clear.
They were very helpful and sent someone out to help.
We had a leak in one of the bedrooms as we were there during Helene. They weren't able to fix during our stay, but it didn't majorly impact. The units are very well appointed and the bedding is very comfortable.
Location is a quick 10-15 minute uber ride to Broadway.
Overall - it was a great stay and we'd definitely come back

All units are super cute! Great for large groups. Bedding was super soft, location was good with a quick 10 mins Uber to Broadway.

Overall, a great experience for large groups....
Our company rented 4 townhomes in Nashville to accommodate our group of 25 people and it was a great experience, while there were a few issues when we arrived, the team at Stay Minty were fast and responsive and helped us resolve those issue quickly. The views and amenities were nice, the decor and furniture were great quality and the proximity to downtown Nashville (10 min max) was perfect! I'd recommend this experience.
