Great rooms....great staff....and pet friendly. Rooms were clean and it was quiet. Breakfast was basic...but not terrible. I would stay here again.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is brand new. The only negative thing is that it is right next to the airport so jets are taking off or landing every 5-10 minutes and it’s really loud. However, it didn’t bother me but it might bother other guests.

Quick one night stay, hotel & room was clean. Got in so late that we didn’t make it down for breakfast or to take advantage of any of the amenities. Very good option for a stay close to Nashville Airport l

Great property and super close to the airport. But...just know that the airplanes literally fly RIGHT OVER the hotel until around 11 p.m. If you are a light sleeper like me, I just wanted to mention it.

I didn't actually stay here. There was a reservation created in the @hotels.com app via @expedia on accident. I caught it the morning after the reservation date. After working with hotels.com and the local management of the hotel, I was told I would still be charged the full night even though I didn't check in or use the hotel or room. Of course, I was told that I didn't comply with the cancelation policy and this is why I was being charged. However, how can you cancel something in advance that you didn't know you had? I also am a reasonable person and understand businesses have to protect themselves with certain policies. However, the hotel was not overbooked and this huge, notable hotel chain did not lose any money by holding a reservation for me. It simply is capitalism and greed on the part of @IHGhotels to charge customers for something that wasn't used and didn't cost them anything! I would avoid this particular hotel because it is my understanding that this could have been avoided. The discretion to charge me was up to the local front desk manager. After having two conversations with her, I found her to be unreasonable and not customer focused and other staff members to be incompetent and rude. Just save yourself time, headache and money and book somewhere else.

Everything you need. Comfy clean. Not really suited for boisterous kids (no space) but for a short stay it is great. The lightbulbs in the rooms while cheap and eco friendly are horrible. Beds very comfy, bathrooms fine, breakfast -you will find something , great coffee
