It was convenient quick on/off to the highway. The staff was very friendly. The woman who takes care of the breakfast was very efficient, clean and on top of it! Excellent people.

We previously started in another motel in Nashville, and this property was much better. The person at the front desk and the person who worked the breakfast were exceptionally friendly and efficient.

Checked in, went to our room, and didn't have the room we had paid for. They fixed it no problem. Very nice at front desk. Complaint I would have is the hot water was not hot in the shower. It was more luke warm to me. Breakfast was good, just needed to be more like 6 to 10 instead of 6 to 9. My kids don't get uo early. We stayed here for the Nashiville Big Bash New Years Eve. Morning we were leaving, my husband ask the house keepers for 5 towels. He asked why we needed 5 towels. My husband explained we had 5 people in oir room, and his response was your checking oout, wait until you get home to take a shower. Later the morning my husband was out again, the lady apologized to him and said they had a shortage of towels because people were taking them home. If i visited Nashville again, i would definitely stay here again. The things were just minor. It was a very clean, and friendly hotel.

This is a great hotel for a good value close to town but not too in the mix. Comfortable beds, great coffee machine and good variety at breakfast with the sweaters staff. This hotel is also an easy uber away from anywhere you’d need to be in Nashville and tons of amazing food right around the corner. If you’re in the area - explore a little food wise and you won’t be disappointed. The area overall is ok when it comes to safety as it’s right by the interstate. We didn’t really walk around but I’m sure you’d be fine if you just stayed aware of your surroundings.

Staff was AMAZING - they discovered we had family also staying at the hotel in another room, they attempted to put us together without even asking. The female that worked the breakfast area was so helpful- again didn’t even have to ask for help! Beds were comfortable, room was clean, shower head felt like a personal massage! Would stay again!
