Felt that we were greeted with indifference upon our arrival. However, thereafter the receptionist (a different person) was super friendly when we came in or went out. Our room was beside the inter state and the traffic was never ending, and was quite noisy.

Understaffed, Disappointing and not very clean.
Understaffed, a bit dirty and had a sad, rundown feeling. There didn't seem to be enough staff to keep the breakfast going. They kept running out of hot and cold food and you had to keep asking for basic things (eggs, toast, bacon/sausage). Overall, pretty disappointing.

The hotel and staff members were great. The representative I contacted at hotels.com was very unprofessional and ended up disconnecting the phone call. Hotel.com offered me a specific room, but did not fulfill the agreement.
