Hard & Noisy Bed
The hotel was very clean and the support staff extremely pleasant. However, the toilets were extremely loud. You could hear flushes from next-door. Also, the beds were so hard and noisy. Every time you rolled over the noise woke you up. The mattresses were almost nonexistent. The title of “Music Row” is a little misleading. Not within walking distance to Broad Street activities. Though clean, probably would not stay there again due to the lack of comfort.

This is a very nice hotel and my friend and I were impressed with it. Our only complaint is that if hard beds are bad for your comfort, sleep, or back, this would not be the hotel for you. I have sciatica back pain and the beds were so hard that both my friend and I could not sleep hardly at all. We ended up leaving at 3 am because we were in pain and since we couldn’t sleep, might as well go ahead and leave about 6 hours earlier than planned. It was a shame because it had a great price, was in a great area, everyone was very nice and professional and was otherwise a great hotel. I guess I will need to rethink any future Best Western stays if this is the type of beds they have. I promise you that it was like sleeping on a board. But if that’s the type of bed that you prefer, then this would be a GREAT hotel to stay at!

Everything was nice, but next day in the morning, when I asked the person at front desk for new cards for breakfast (I lost my two cards) she was not polite, she had attitude and when I said thank you for the new cards she did not even replied. The person at the omelette station was not polite either, she had this face like she did not want to be making omelettes.

Great but with a sleepless night.
We love the location. We loved the upgrade. We loved the room. The bed was absolutely horrible. We almost moved to the floor to sleep. I definitely would have slept on the pull out couch if there was bedding in our room. We would not return simply because we could not sleep. At all.

Water in shower had to run 5 minutes or more to get clear, Furniture was too big for the room and was very crowded. Was not informed by anyone of $25 night parking fee. Breakfast was real good. Omelet was excellent.
