Heat in the room was so noisy, it woke me up every time it turned on. Lousy nights sleep. Very light bed covers. Had to find a blanket to get warm. Fridge, coffee pot and microwave unplugged with inaccessible plug ins.

Dirty little secret
Representative gave me 1 key I asked fo a second door key and was given a key that did not work. Had to go to front desk to get new keys. There is mold in bathrooms, tv’s didn’t work had to let maintenance in room to fix tv once they were back from driving the shuttle bus. Major inconvenience to have to wait and then let someone in the room while I was away. Other guest had same issues with their televisions not working in the room. The hotel is not clean they do not mop regularly, the bathrooom near front desk has stains all over the walls and floorboards.

Room was clean and quiet. Close to the airport which was extremely nice. Check in was easy with friendly staff. We had to leave early before breakfast was available so I can't give a rating to the free breakfast. We had to park in the garage as there was limited parking in front but we parked close to the entrance door with no problem. Price was very reasonable and I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you

The room was nice, clean, spacious, etc. but there was only one tiny piece of soap and the heater in the hair drier didn't work. There was a hot breakfast, but the eggs didn't have any taste and there was no orange juice. There's only one ice machine for a six story building.
