This property was clean and well cared for. The room was spacious and clean with new bedding. The area had plenty of places to eat. You couldn’t stay closer to the airport. The price was perfect especially with the airport shuttle. I will definitely stay here again.

Exceptionally convenient location to BNA airport. Plenty of free parking that is visible from lobby. Nice breakfast facilities. Spacious room. Bathroom needs an update and maintenance. The shower door was not fitted properly, resulting in deterioration at the corner of the shower from constant water leaking. The shower door would not close completely. The bath had insufficient hooks or bars for robes, towels, etc. Also, the bath had no exhaust, so the mirror fogged up and there was excessive moisture after shower use.

Our room smelled extremely musty, and our air conditioner was half falling off The wall and the filters were hanging out all ripped and torn. The blanket had stains on them. Our shower doors were hanging by us. All the Rubber pieces were half off. I also had to come home and go to the doctor. I got an eye infection from sleeping in your bed. I would greatly appreciate discount off of our rooms that we prepaid as I feel this was unacceptable.

Great location for early flight from BNA. Good proximity to Broadway if you want a last night visit to the music/dancing. Some construction right in front of the hotel but doesn't really mess with access. Staff was accommodating. They do have airport shuttle in case you want to return your rental car the night before. Some food options near by (we had taco bell lol)....

While staying on the property it was me and my sick sister, I was able to take her food and mine from breakfast to eat no questions ask, the kitchen helper even gave me a bag and told me where I could get a tray to help carry things to the room The very next day the kitchen help came over to me and said the mgr at the front desk, who was the same person at the front desk the day before said I couldn't take my food to the room when I ask why not because I had just done it the day before with no questions ask, she had no answer, so I didn't eat I just left it there I had been up all night until 6:30 am and I was way too tired to be sitting down there in my gown to eat, so I went back to the room tired and hungry and went to sleep.

We are loyal patron to this hotel chain. However this property was filthy and lacked basic customers service. The AC unit was so moldy that we both woke up with nasal issues. Carpet was disgusting. Front desk staff must have missed the class on customer service. 6 floors and we had to go to first fllor for ice ( only one ice machine). Cigarette butts littered the front and back entrance. I am not sure i would book another Radisson property

This property really needs a good deep cleaning. Our room was not very clean and there was mold everywhere. We had reservations to stay here again but canceled them to stay somewhere else.
