The room was dusty and the bathroom was not clean, the shower was stopped up and it overflowed , the refrigerator did not work… one of the elevators was broken down and the other elevator that was barely working, made horrible noises and jerked and shook terrible to where I took the steps the rest of my stay from the sixth floor… the receptionist was not very much help at all . They did get the shower unstop, but they never fixed the refrigerator or the elevator…. For the amount of money, it was not worth it.

I stayed on Christmas Eve for an early flight Christmas Day. In my first room the air conditioner had a loud rattle. The desk clerk, sorry don’t recall his name, quickly got me checked into a new room. He was very helpful and friendly. The 2nd room was very comfortable. The rooms have had a facelift but the building as a whole seems a bit worn. The construction on main road make it a bit difficult to know where to turn; especially at dark.

Property was nice and convenient once I figured out how to get in the parking lot. Front desk lady at check-in was very dismissive and preoccupied. Seems she was on a personal phone call. No happy welcome or friendly interaction. Just handed me the key card and waved me off. Room was nice and clean

2 Min from BNA Free Shuttle. WAKE-UP CALL FAILED

Over all good. Great Staff. Decent Bed. Great Shuttle. Super close to BNA. Not Super clean but OK. The only bad thing: DO NOT RELY on WAKE UP CALL. Their phone system is old and unreliable. I used my cel phone alarm but wanted a backup for a super early flight.

Cold Outside and Inside

It was not a pleasant stay because the elevators weren’t working and the inside of the room was about 45 degrees when we arrived. Mind you, it was 16 degrees outside and you would think that they would have better prepared the room for their guests…but they didn’t. I complained to management about the issue, but since it was booked third-party through hotels.com there was nothing they could do about it. The rate was also about $60 higher than the previous day.
