Staff was nice and accommodating - we found a roach in our room though. Wanted a refund for the stay but due to booking with Expedia, they couldn’t provide and could only switch us rooms. We didn’t stay in the hotel during the day so it served its purpose but won’t be going back.

Overall decent stay. Could use some deeper cleaning in the rooms (bugs in window slide and rust and dirt around shower). Breakfast was good and right on time as was the airport shuttle.

Very convenient to airport after a long day. The place is a decent place to stay. Room was clean. People were friendly especially the girl taking care of the breakfast area. Is it The Gaylord down the road? No, but thats not what you paid for. Some things are a little out dated but still not bad.
