Beautifully furnished historic cottage in a highly desirable location! Easily walk to all Germantown attractions including the new Sounds baseball stadium, many of Nashville's finest restaurants and nightlife, Farmers Market, and Bicentennial Mall. During your visit you might want to check out 2nd avenue and catch some live country music and eat at one of the many unique to Nashville restaurants on Broadway or take a short drive to the famous Loveless Cafe to enjoy an amazing meal.

This 1920s cottage is great for a long weekend or extended stay because of our washer/dryer set and amazing dine-in kitchen. The kitchen provides simple pantry items like salt, pepper, spray oil, coffee, cream, and sugar as well as all the pots, pans, and cooking utensils needed for a quick breakfast before heading out. Within walking distance is Kroger. Lounge on the front porch with one of our books, enjoy one of the three smart TVs or bring your own device to connect to our high-speed WIFI. A notebook with information on WiFi, check-out instructions, and local restaurants is in the living room.

Parking - We offer plenty of parking options, from public street parking to our private parking lot behind the cottages. Our parking lot is located off Taylor Street, down the alley on the right. Please refrain from parking on the grass.

Location - The home is 20 minutes from BNA airport and is a simple drive or uber away. Looking for transportation? Bus routes? Uber or Lyft rates? Use 312 Pizza address for rates in this area:

Early Check-in/ Late Check-out - If you are needing an early check-in or late check-out please reach out to the host before your trip begins so we can best accommodate. Fees may apply. Maximum number of guests per house is 6. Due to the age of the house and plumbing, we can not accolade any additional guests. Thank you for complying.

Local Area - Our cottages are located about a mile and a half from downtown Nashville and 2nd avenue. Within walking distance of our cottages, is Butchertown Hall, a unique restaurant that you can see from our front porches on 4th Avenue. Barista Parlor, a coffee shop, and 312 Pizza company are also recommended and close to the cottages. Within a few minutes, drive of the area is the entertainment venue Topgolf.

Contactless Check-In and Out - Our contactless check-in process is simple. We will send you a message on VRBO with the exact address and a key code usually day of your check-in. Contactless check-out is easy as well, just leave clean dishes drying, used towels in the washer, and take out the trash.

Having a family reunion? We have 4 cottages all close enough to host your large family get-together! Please send us a message and we will let you know our multi-home pricing.

We have had rentals for several years in the area and sadly took them off the market due to covid. We are excited to return our properties to short-term rentals. We have not used VRBO in the past and are excited about the many features VRBO will offer our guests. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Germantown nice area good restaurants nice people. Place was okay needs a good cleaning. Also the water pressure in shower needs work . I think the head is clogged. I would probably stay there again .

Great location
Excellent location in Germantown. House was clean and check in with smooth with very responsive owner. It is small and would be cramped for two couples. Bathroom fixtures and door knobs could use updating. Overall had a great stay. Provision of coffee and other amenities were a nice touch

Cutest Little Cottage
Love this property! It had such a cute little vibe and is in such a perfect location. Walking distance to bars and restaurants in the area and was super easy to check in and out of. The owners were super kind and very responsive.

Fantastic location, would overall recommend
Can't say enough about how close to town everything is which is great. Has 4 beds which is helpful. I wish the owner would warn you ahead of time about certain run down parts of the home. The door handles are very very old and do not close well or really at all. We were too afraid to close doors since the handles were so loose. Outdoor light needs fixing as it is more of a strobe than a light. House was cute and the porch swing was nice. If you stay here just take photos on arrival to always protect yourself.

This was exactly as we'd expected - a cute little cottage, very nicely presented, and just a short drive from downtown Nashville. We had busy days downtown and quiet evenings back at our Germantown base, usually with a glass of something while sitting on the porch.

Cottage was clean and beds were very comfortable. Felt very safe in this neighborhood . Close to all of the things we want to do. Some great restaurants close to the cottage. The only thing is the bathroom is very small but we would rent again.

Wonderful stay
Had a delightful stay at this cottage. Very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is “one at a time “ but worked fine for us. The location was great for us and were able to safely and easily walk the mile and a half to the country music HOF and downtown. Plenty of easy parking at the cottage. The place has a smart tv but bring your own Netflix password! Would stay here again.

It got the job done and beds were comfortable. When using the washer we noticed the hot and cold.tibong is backwards. When washing if you choose cold.only it actually comes out complete heated water

Good Stay for Short Stint
We really loved staying at this quaint and SAFE house. The house is settled in a neighborhood that is very safe and very quiet! We were surprised at how close it was to downtown and great Germantown restaurants. We had a conference in Opryland, and it was a short 15 minutes there, as well. The house manager was EXTREMELY quick to communicate with us. There were a couple hiccups in the beginning, and she always answered with kindness and quick responses. We were very grateful. For adults who want access to Nashville fun but also want to get a good night's sleep, it's the perfect place. The house is cute with plenty of towels, a cute snack basket, a supply of coffee, and your basic necessities for a weekend stay. It is evident the put thought into the vacation spot. The beds are UNBELIEVABLY comfortable. We all noted the nice linens and comfort of ALL three beds. That was a huge bonus, as we needed the sleep. The only issue is that the place had bad smells when we entered from previous vacationers. It seems they smoked in the home a lot. We had to do our best to overcome the smell, but after the first day, it wasn't so bad. I also feel the home could use a deep clean on the baseboards/ details. However, it was clear that they took care of main amenities - floors, beds, bathrooms, etc. The three of us said we would definitely stay again, if the opportunity came. We are grateful for a great and safe vacation.
