You get what you pay for. Property was noisy at night. Keys didnt work initially and had to wait 30 mins to get fixed. Took at least fifteen mins to check in and out because both time no one was there. Spend a bit more moneu and get a better hotel

The mattresses were worn down to the box spring, sheet had a rip, place smelled like smoke so bad even though they were non-smoking rooms. Parking was so narrow that we had to pull out of the space to get everyone in the car, we had to pull in our mirrors so the wouldnt get taken off by the car next to us.

If you're looking for somewhere to just sleep and shower then this is more than enough. Not much around for dining but it's a short 15 minute drive to Downtown Broadway. Didnt try breakfast as it was only waffles and cereal. Pretty quiet neighbourhood.

It's good economical safe lodging. There's good parking and it's in a convenient location. It is an older building but it is clean and worth the price.

Late night staff was amazing. Once checked in we got to the room and it had a nice big fridge but that was the only good thing about the room. Fast forward to check out. Went to check out at 7am and the front desk was unattended for an hour. The phone number listed on the website was a cell phone that was left on the counter so when I called it just rang. The employee ended up showing up at about 815 and was in no hurry to get out of his car because he saw multiple guests in the lobby. When he finally came in he was super rude. When I asked for a managers contact info I was told no because he didn’t see any issues with making his paying guests wait over an hour. I hope this review will reach someone of importance and someone can contact me

We were put in a room for 2 nights to be moved on the 3rd for maintenance issues in the room? Why would we be put in a room with maintenance issues in the first place?

Hotel clerk who checked us in was the slowest i have ever seen in our many years of checking into hotels. Hair dryer was not working in our room. Lock on the door not working properly either. Breakfast was good though, lots of choices for bread, waffles, eggs and patties. Other guests were noisy though the night (i guess hotel can’t do anything about that). Property is also on a busy road so it is noisy

the water shut off overnight. No running water in the sink or bathroom after midnight until maybe 7am. Weird. The coffee maker was missing pieces so I couldn't use it. Frustrating.

I understand the concept of getting what you pay for, but no one should have to deal with a roach climbing onto their bed or stained, dirty sheets. There was also a persistent odor, a mix of urine and detergent, that lingered despite my wife's efforts to mask it with Febreze. On a positive note, Caroline at the front desk was accommodating and pleasant. However, the property seriously needs updates and a stricter cleaning regimen."
