Good place, affordable, free breakfast was good enough, bed was good, I failed to ask for a clear view when I asked for a second floor room. View was the back of the sign in front, but it didn't matter since we got there late and left early.

Weird room. #301. Had a storage closet with roll out cots, a huge box of Christmas decoration, a 15 foot hall way, felt more like a commercial business room than a hotel room. No curtains to block out the morning sun. Only 1 person spike English. Weird place.

The room was clean and comfortable. The ratings come from the following: There was no working ice machine in the building and no backup bag ice. For a busy Saturday night? Sunday breakfast was lacking orange juice, yogurt or fruit, and the bread was stale. Plus, no one appeared to service the area and it was not clean. I got the opinion that no one cared, since many employees saw the issues but did not correct them.

Our room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Hallways needed attention to cleanliness. Furniture in checking area needed cleaning. Breakfast was adequate.

Hotel messed up my reservation, giving me a room with two beds instead of one king. I called from the room phone to disclose this; I was told there was nothing to be done because they were booked full. I was also told the system showed that I booked two beds, even though I told the employee I was staring at my reservation for one king bed while we were on the phone. At 11:47 p.m., when I was in bed for the night, he called my personal cell phone and came knocking on my door. I did not open the door at first, out of fear, and only spoke to him through the door. He told me I was right about the reservation being wrong; he said the people who needed two beds had shown up and he wanted to move me to a room with one king. He asked if he could come into my room to see if it was clean for the guests and said he’d help me pack my things to change rooms. I said absolutely not and was horrified he’d even request this. Massive security threat. I packed my things and met him outside of my new room to get my key cards. As a female traveling alone, I barely slept because I was so disturbed by this entire situation. I left the next day, even though I was booked for two nights. I couldn’t get myself to stay there again.

I like the location. I didn’t like that we didn’t have hot water the first night. The breakfast was all carbs no eggs no nothing. The hot tub wasn’t working. The pool not heated. My curtains didn’t close and the TV was dysfunctional
