Our place is a short Uber and Lyft ride to get get anywhere in Nashville.

Just a $5-10 Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway, Bridgestone Arena, & Nissan Stadium. Quick ride to BNA Airport, and only 1.5 miles from the new Top Golf!!!

Other Things to Note:
There is a Ring Doorbell Camera at the front door for safety and security purposes. I will be sending a Rental Agreement upon booking.

A group of 5 of us stayed here. There was plenty of room to hang out as a group or separately. The place was clean and comfortable. We definitely would recommend it for you stay. We would stay there again if we find ourselves in Nashville again.

Bring your cleaning supplies!
We chose this house based on the previous reviews about the cleanliness of the home but experienced the complete opposite. When we arrived at the property and got inside we were shocked by the uncleanliness of the home. The floor was sticky and the rugs looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in quite some time. It was so bad that we couldn’t even walk around barefoot. The countertop in the kitchen was very sticky/dirty. The fridge had food stick to the handles and was also sticky. There was a half drank bottle of water left behind by the last renters that could easily be visualized had anyone actually swept/mopped the floor. The master bath/bedroom on the 3rd floor had hairballs and long black hair throughout the room. 2 of the 4 vanity lights were not working. We were able to screw one in and get it to work but the other one just broke off and was sparking. The shower is great but the hot/cold water is backwards. The shower on the 2nd floor doesn’t really get warm and barely has a stream of water coming out of it. The rooftop patio was full of leaves. The home is in a rundown neighborhood thats surrounded by many boarded up and burnt out homes. I reached out to the property manager and asked for the cleaning fee to be waived considering we had to do some cleaning on our own and he wouldn’t do anything.

Stephen was awesome! He answered all my questions without delay. The communication was outstanding. The home was clean and we all loved the contemporary look and feel. Uber ride downtown was short and usually between $6 and $10. We will definitely be looking at staying there again the next time we are in Nashville.

Nice Place - Very Clean
Super excellent place and easy check-in process. Host was in contact with you through the whole process. No questions with anything. Lotsa stairs, but that helped to work off all the food we ate! :) This location is in an area with lot of construction going on, but all of Nashville is going through an overhaul. Short scooter ride to downtown Nashville proper. I would stay here again and recommend to others. Thanks for a great time!
