I was here for 1 night only and enjoyed the amenities like included breakfast and on site bar/restaurant for Dinner. The room next door either was very loud or the walls are paper thin. Good luck if you are a light sleeper.

What a disappointment!!!!
We stayed at the hotel 2 years ago and it was nice. We decided to stay again...MISTAKE. The hotel was dirty and the room. The carpets need to be cleaned. The room we stayed in was not vacuumed (we found pills and other things on the floor). The bathroom could use a scrub. The whole room was smelly and unpleasant. We watched a dirty plate outside the elevators for 2 days. The ice machine did not work. We told staff about the problems and no one seemed to care. We will not stay here again. What a disappointment.

Overall stay was okay at best. Stay since it was near all the attractions we planned to visit while in Nashville. Rooms are kind of outdated and wasn’t as clean as they should’ve been. Hotel had unlimited drinks during happy hours and a great hot breakfast. Staff we encountered were all nice

Our room wasnt cleaned the 3 nights we stayed. We would come in and there were new towels on one day, but no service to the room itself. I found a phone in the room beside the bed. The hotel is in need of some updating. The a/c was not sufficient even at 65 degrees the room was still warm.
