It was ok. I won’t be able to clean with my fabuloso at home anymore because the smell was overwhelming. I didn’t need any services while we were there so I couldn’t speak on that. The carpet had awful stains all over it and made me feel gross walking on it. Our shower head had built up gunk too so I felt yuck taking a shower. Lobby was always clean. You could hear everything in your room too. The clock in our room had lots of dirt built up too

This hotel felt new and clean. I like how the rooms didn't have carpet, made it feel cleaner than other hotels. The breakfast was nice although the hours of operation were confusing. Good location, close to Broadway and airport.

Hotels near the action in Nashville were very expensive, so we instead opted to stay here, probably 20 minutes away. It worked out fine and was clean, although some things appeared cheaply done, which makes one wonder how long it will last. There was a lot of slamming doors around us and "heavy walkers" above us, which one cannot entirely blame on the building itself. I imagine with more courteous guests, the stay would have been better. We did not check out the breakfast, so I cannot comment on that.

We enjoyed the convenience of being close to the airport and that there is an on-site gym (minimal, but better than some by including dumbbells). Overall the room was great and very clean. The hallway had some very dark stains on the carpet which were a little offputting but of course it's the hallway, so it doesn't really matter that much. The breakfast was sufficient and convenient (pretty typical hotel breakfast). They were able to accomodate an early check-in which we really appreciated!

Clean room, bed was fine. No side chair like shown on the website, only a very uncomfortable bench. Very large bathroom, but a tiny shower. Not even room to turn around in it, and very little water pressure. Fan above toilet did not work. Overall it was good, but some things need attention for the price that was paid.
