Housekeeping was done daily but we were constantly having to request more bath towels. Ours were taken to be cleaned but no new ones were left and we had three large towels for 4 people. Washrooms also do not have fans to air them out quicker. Breakfasts were ok alternating between bacon, sausages and sausage patties. Potatoes were not cooked enough on any of our 4 days.

Amazing stay!
From the moment my party and I entered the doors, we were greeted and treated with the upmost respect. Breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of hot and cold. Ive stayed in more expensive hotels and this one has been the best all around! I will be returning for sure!

We stayed for four nights.the hotel was very convenient to drive to the Opry Mills Mall and Opry.Staff was very nice and the rooms were nicer than we expected. Only had one issue with noise on our last night with the people above us,not the hotel’s fault. Next time will request the 5th floor.

No true issues. Bar nearby was kind of loud if that bothers you beware but it’s Nashville- that’s almost everywhere! The receptionist who checked our group in was rude.

The check in and out process was very quick. Both staff members were polite and courteous. The room was clean and equipped. The breakfast was a bonus. The pool was nice and clean. The workout area was small, but had what you needed.
