The rooms neither were ready at check in time at 4:00 p.m. there was no apology there was no explanation and when we asked for a time frame they said they didn't have one. After the first room was ready we all waited in there for over 30 minutes and decided to go to dinner and then an hour and a half later I called and they said that the room was ready they had never text me as they were supposed to or anything then when we came to pick up the room keys again there was no apology there was no any sense that they had done anything wrong.

Stairs don’t make it convenient for luggage or stroller to get into lobby. There is a restaurant you have to go through and an elevator for ADA/ stroller/ or heavy luggage. Rooftop bar didn’t open till 4pm

We had a good stay. The staff got us checked in quick. They were able to answer our questions and explained extra services the hotel offered. The room was clean and had plenty of space. The best part is the hotels location in downtown Nashville.

We enjoyed the location since our main interest was visiting lower Broadway and a few of the museums. I do wish the hotel offered a shuttle service, they could even combine with another hotel to offer it.

Early check in? Yeah right. Lol
Stayed one night, November 8. We had an early flight and called to see about early check in. We were told we had to come to the hotel and complete pre check in. No problem. We show up at 2:00 and do so. We were told a room wasn’t ready yet and we would receive a text when the room was ready. We told the clerk we would wait in the lobby. Around an hour and 15 minutes later, around 3:15, and after several people that showed up later than us were told their room was ready, I asked if they knew how much longer it might be. I was told my room wasn’t ready and I would receive a text. At 3:50, I went back to the desk and asked if they were even going to have a room at regular check in time of 4:00. Then I was told the room was ready even though I never got any text. The hotel was decent and the location excellent but the customer service SUCKS. Don’t lie to me and tell me early check in is an option and then give rooms to other people who showed up way later than me and tell me my room isn’t ready.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and our room was clean. My only complaint would be that the bed was not the most comfy. It was a little firm for my liking but I survived. I would still come back because the location is great and it’s a nice hotel overall.

I like the location since it was walking distance to restaurants, bars, and events. What I didn’t like was the noise. If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is located for everything and you are planning on not getting any sleep this is a great place but if not this is not the place for you. It was to noises for me and for the $$$ I should of gotten a little more sleep

Enjoyed my stay - the staff were very polite and the valet was incredible. We never touched a bag , the valet service handled taken all of our bag's to the front desk. Very convenient to walk Broadway. I will book here next time I’m in Nashville
