Absolutely love this hotel. Great location and really cosy and clean. I travel often and this was one of my favourites. I felt so safe there which is essential when you’re on a partying vacation.

The atmosphere was rustic and modern. I liked our bartender and the lobby bar. It was easy to walk places. I did not love the noise but it's in the middle of the city. I also thought the pool closed WAY too early. I wanted an after dinner hot tub session.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS COUNT! Our first impression of the Fraye was the warm, friendly and accomodating service we received from dear "Kima." Despite it being only 12 noon, she graciously offered us way early checkin and upgraded us to the top floor, plus provided very helpful information to help get us acclimated to Nashville. Thank you Kima! After that great intro, we found the hotel to be very classy, super room, 7th floor pool and bar was so relaxing. Plus a very nice onsite restaurant. A great time across-the-board. I would note that the hotel is not right in the Broadway entertainment area but that was not a negative for us, it was a do-able walk or an easy Uber ride away.

Only a 3km walk down Broadway to be in all the action, this is a very nice boutique hotel with an amazing roof top, pool/bar area which a lot of the hotels right down on lower Broadway do not have, I would definitely stay here again.

Very beautiful rooms and right next to bus stops to get downtown. Only complaint, our fridge and Keurig were not working and we brought this to the attention of the front desk staff member who stated she would order maintenance to our room to check it out. Maintenance never came for the entirety of our stay. Fortunately we were able to fix the problem on our own, but went most of our stay without a fridge to keep our water and fruit cold. Disappointed in the lack of follow through on our request for help.
