Great! Very clean and quiet. The reception is big and open with a lot of room to hang out. Breakfast was great . Staff was great! We had a heating issue in our room and they offered another which we didn’t need but we’re so kind and apologetic and waived our parking fee. They were so nice!! I can’t remember the receptionist names but the property manager Michael was so nice and accommodating! Will stay again!!!

Close but highway robbery
We had a family emergency which entailed surgery at a newly hospital. We are from 2 hours west so needed somewhere close to the hospital to stay. The air conditioning was on and wouldn’t switch to heat. So we had to push the number up high to get the room to warm. We ordered a salad from the “restaurant” in the hotel. The cost was $13.50 and it was a prepackaged $5 salad from Walmart. $4 for a bottle of water. $36 to park. While the staff was very nice, we will not stay here again.

When I read about other people‘s reviews, they can often be very mixed. I found this property to be very nice and would definitely stay here next time in Nashville.

Overall an unpleasant experience. For starters I booked a room months ago. But when we arrived at the hotel instead of being informed about any cancellations or room changes. They had me finish paying because I chose to pay at the hotel and pay a security deposit along with charging my card twice! When I asked about it I was told their system sometimes does that but don’t worry about it I won’t be charged it’s just a temporary hold. On top of that when we got up to the room there was only one bed when we ordered a room with 2 beds and a pullout bed as well. After that I went down stairs and asked about it and I was told sorry all the bookings were filled and when I asked how when I ordered months ago there was no explanation. They offered $15 dollars off the $35 parking. I told them that I appreciate it but that doesn’t help the fact that you all had me pay knowing the room wasn’t available and we needed every bed. So when I asked could we get at least a second room to compensate for their mistake I was told that it wasn’t possible and to email a manager who doesn’t come back till Monday. So at that point we had to cancel plans for everyone since we didn’t have enough space. So me and my lady slept at the hotel alone that night and left as soon as we got some rest. I hope things are better for someone else with a similar situation in the future.
