I was REFUSED when I asked for a copy of my invoice when I checked out on Sept. 22nd after being told that I would get a copy of my invoice upon checking in on Sept.20th. I had to make 3 requests to the front desk concerning a faulty thermostat in my room before a technician came to my room to fic the HVAC problem.

Our car, along with several more, was parked in their parking garage and got broken into, window was smashed in. They have cameras, but what is the point if no one is surveilling them? This was a lapse on the hotels part.

The cable was sporadic at best. Called down but nothing they could do. Asked for a clean while talking to a maid none was done. Didn't get a clean until halfway through. All the showers leak excessively into the bathroom. Pooling under the sink and toilet.Asked for a late check out was denied. Then four times starting at just after 10 staff were checking to see if I was still there.
