The bartenders were friendly, & the food there was very good even though there was not much variety. The breakfasts were excellent, especially the vanilla yogurt & the blackberries. The staff were all helpful, kind, & friendly. The housekeepers cleaned my bathroom well, and vacuumed when I requested it.

I absolutely LOVE the staff and this property! Ms. Tree is the sweetest, the bartender and light skin, beautiful curly hair (She told me their names but i can’t remember at the moment) they are always so sweet to me. I will be back in a couple of weeks for radiation and surgery at Vanderbilt and I can’t wait to see those lovely ladies again.

We loved the location and area the hotel is in. The view is beautiful, the ferry across the street to NYC was so convenient with free busses around manhattan was great. I want to give the hote 5 stars, it’s clean and the staff are so friendly and welcoming. They were attentive so make sure our stay was comfortable and helped to try fixing our issue. Our only complaint was the ac unit in the room. We had a king suit with separate living area. To make the living area, where the pull out sofa is located, you have to set the ac on a low temp. If you’re sleeping in the room with the unit running, you’ll freeze. The person sleeping in the living room will still not receive any cool air and won’t be comfortable. The bathroom gets no ac and is always hot. Other than that everything about our stay was amazing.
