Advertising a bar and restaurant… Theresa very small bar area and there is no restaurant! The breakfast buffet had a great selection. The area you eat in is dirty, nobody cleaned the carpet floors where people ate and there were crumbs and food all over the floor. The front desk fuel could have cleaned up after breakfast but chose a to sit on her phone instead.

Overall the stay was good but we did have an issue where the lights and plug in our bathroom area when out. We reported to the front desk and was advised they would send maintenance to our room to fix. We came back hours later and it had not been fixed. They were able to move us to another room for our last night but I would have preferred to not have to pack up all our things and move.

Affordable for the Opry area, loved the sofa sleeper in every room for extra guests. Hotel was clean, breakfast was typical, staff was great and very accommodating to any requests we had. Close to Opry Mills Mall and Grand Ole Opry which was great!

Came in 1 day earlier (Wyndham presentation for 4 nights and 5 days). Everything went wrong. They had my one extra day that I paid for down for 2 nights and after that they had us checking out every day thereafter. What a pain. We had to get new keys to our room 3 different times to the tune of us waiting for a manager and getting new keys every time that took at least 1/2 hr each time. Very poor service. we got here Monday night and no bagels until we left on Sat morning. asked to use the printer and no ink. I could go on but why bother. Will never stay at a Hyatt ever again
