Great house
This was a great house in a wonderful neighborhood close to town. There was plenty of room for our large family. If I have any recommendations it would be to add side tables to the beds since everyone has a phone and chargers to use as clocks. The middle bedroom with the King bed does not have a place to put any of your clothes except a small closet with few hangers so we lived out of our suitcase for the trip. If it was longer than a few days it would have been more of an issue. Overall this was a wonderful place to stay and we will surely stay again.

Selected the house for its proximity to Nashville. It was around $10 to Uber into the area which I found very affordable. The house was clean and easy to get settled into. Overall it was a nice property to rent and I would definitely use it again.

This place is very clean! I didn’t realize it when I booked it, but every bedroom has a bathroom, a definite plus for our large party. We were able to park 4 car’s comfortably. The neighborhood was very quiet and everyone kept to themselves. I would definitely come back!

House is in a great location and we felt safe. Host had the minimum supplies. Only a few coffee pods, 1 roll paper towels only a few rolls of TP. Be prepared to make a grocery run the 1st day. House has almost no carpets and no window treatments so it sounds like your in the livingroom no matter where you are in the house.

Was exactly what we needed for the 4 days. Quiet location away from midtown and downtown but an easy Uber ride everywhere. Clean and a place to lay our heads and gather in the common areas. It’s a great bunk house arrangement which suited most of us well. Better for a bunch of singles versus couples. I’d stay again.

Came to town for the Vanderbilt game. House was clean, in safe area, can walk to campus (25 min walk) and had everything needed. If you’re wondering what the flex/loft room is, it’s a separate bedroom, connected to another bedroom upstairs via a Jack and Jill type bathroom. There is no window in that room, maybe that’s why it’s referred to as flex or loft. Property worked well for 4 couples, probably ideal for large group of friends or multiple family members - lots of beds
