Very nice lobby, and good service, because our first room smelled smoky, but were given a second room, which was great. The beds are very comfortable and seemed new, wonderful. Bright bathroom and lots of room. Very close to the airport, short trip to return the rent a car, then brief walk to checkin/security.

The property has been cleaned up, but we found cockroaches in our room, overhead light was out, telephone didnt work, toilet was loose and toilet seat was not secured. DID like the heayed bathroom mirror that didnt fog up, Heat/AC was comfortable.

No breakfast, ask staff questions and they seamed loss could not answer correctly. Using the stairs was a craze due to level door being locked! The plus, rooms very comfortable amd spacious.

They have a kitchen area not up and running at this time. They have a old beat up shuttle that looks out of commissioned for months.

Everything was perfect, except for the room service. I don’t think they had the staff to clean the rooms so n the morning (pick up the garbage, change towels, fix the best) However, there was a young men on the front desk who comply with our request in regards to the room service and me and my group where super happy.

The facility is really nice but very understaffed. I only saw two workers(who were nice) the two days we were there. I had no wash cloths so i called the front desk. They said they'll send housekeeping up with some. They never showed so my wife went down to get a couple.... only to find out that they could only locate ONE towel. Has a great setup for serving food but didn't even serve a continental breakfast
