Our first time in Nashville and this hotel is not only beautifully done but also it’s located walking distance to many attractions in Nashville we had on our list to visit. We loved the coffee bar on our floor in the hallway (they have one on each floor). Staff were nice and attentive. The only thing was sound from the street on Friday & Saturday night was kind of loud but other than that this was a perfect spot.

The hotwl was nice. The front desk check us in. The rooms were nice. We liked the coffee station and sparkling water. We had a little trouble with the girl during check out. The hotel disabled our key card. When we went to get a new one. The girl was not very polite. She kept telling us how much every minute was an additional $50 per minute. Plus she didnt activate our card to gain entrance. We had to go back down and have another staff issue a new card.

I liked that we could walk everywhere and love the area. I didn’t like our room. It was hot as air wasn’t working well. I loved the robes, the coffee machine and water machine on hall. I’m not sure what services I should have received for vip but didn’t receive any.

Modern comfortable hotel
No real idea where to stay in Nashville and so picked this based on location, price and reviews. No regrets at all as it is a really good hotel and is located close to all the main attractions of the city so no need for taxis during our stay. Friendly and helpful staff on check-in. Lovely, clean and comfortable room, packed with modern features. Large user friendly bathroom. Lots of bars in the hotel, including the famous Hidden Bar which is worth a visit if you can find it.
