Outstanding owener and very well stocked property
The condo looks exactly like the photos and the owner Kim is very communicative. The unit is extremely well stocked with supplies--actually the best stocked of any units we've ever rented. Also, the towels are soft, and the beds, with ample blankets, are very comfortable.Kim has also taken the time to put together a really nice book of things to do in the area--if you haven't been to the area before, be sure to look at it as it is very accurate and complete and it's just one more nice touch that was included in the property.As others have said, it's walkable to Broadway, or an Uber is 5 pls tip if you have people in your mix that don't want to walk.Overall, excellent experience, and would recommend.

Great Location, Great Property!
Perfect location, Felt 100% Safe, and close to all the action, but peaceful to back "home" to. Walkable distance to a few bars/eateries, but we preferred to take a $8-$10 Uber ride to Broadway. Property is perfect for 2 couples. Kim had everything you needed, seriously just need to bring clothes! First Nashville visit for our group and we'll be back! Great place to stay!

Stayed with co-workers for a short stay at Kim’s place overlooking the river. It is within walking (or scooter) distance to some great restaurants and to Broadway. It is aging but is set up nicely and has everything you would need. Kim was very accommodating when I needed a late checkout before heading to the airport.

Perfect Location
We loved our stay! The place was exactly as pictured in photos, well (beyond) stocked for our needs, and the view out onto the river with morning coffee or an evening cocktail was beautiful! We loved the décor throughout the home that brought a fun Nashville vibe. The beds were extremely comfortable, sleeping was great, as the rooms got very dark and were much quieter than we expected being close to neighbors. The bedrooms also had great space for storage and clothing. One of the bathrooms would hold multiple girls getting ready at the same time. The parking was close and a bonus that it was covered since it was pouring rain the day we left! We loved being close enough to walk to and from Broadway (about a mile), and when we wanted to take it down a notch, we really enjoyed walking only about 5-10 minutes to nearby Germantown for many eateries and bars to choose from (we especially enjoyed Jonathan’s). Kim goes above and beyond providing coffee, snacks and making sure you have everything you need before and during – we highly recommend her place!

Great location!
Kim is a great host and this property is a winner! It was perfect for 2 adult couples. For us coffee lovers, having the Keurig and Kpods ready and waiting in the condo was a huge plus. Location is the best as there is covered parking and downtown is a very short drive. There are a few eateries within walking distance. We will be back next year!

Perfect Spot
This location, for our group, was the perfect spot. It was close to Broadway and all the energy, while being far enough away for a peace and quiet at down times. The morning views were spectacular. The property was clean, well stocked, and a convenient Uber ride to anywhere in the city.

Awesome condo
We had 5 in our group. Its a very cozy condo, it’s a mile walk to Broadway, which was fine in the morning, we chose to Uber back at night, way cheaper than a cab. $75.00 for 3 rides for 5 people. The pool was a nice feature too we used it the night we arrived. The owner stayed in touch, asked if we needed anything, which we didn’t, Kim had thought of everything! Highly recommend this condo!
