I stood at this hotel for 5 days. The staff was excellent throughout my stay. However, the hotel itself has a poor cleaning system. I found myself requesting towels and garbage removal often. I was informed that they clean every other day but even on the day that I was supposed to get room service it was not provided. During my 5 day stay they only cleaned once. What put the icing on the cake was the roach I found in the room. I suggest for the leadership team to revisit their processes to develop a proactive approach in anticipating the needs of their guest. I don’t recommend this hotel for extended stay.

Not much sleep.
The room was clean and comfortable, however, I did not get much sleep due to the noise that was coming from the room under our room. Room 214 was directly above an equipment room or air conditioner system that sounded like a truck reveing its engine every 30 to 45 mins. I wish I had asked to be moved but I was in bed before I realized the noise was irritating.
