It was a super clean and reasonably priced room for the price. The biggest issue i have is that its an insanely complicated and confusing check-in system, and incredibly difficult to loacte your room. We had to download an app just to park on site. The pre-check in process wasnt the easiest to complete ethier. Once on site, and after finally being able to access our key through the self help system, then we had to go on a mission to try to locate our rooms because theres different buildings to navigate through. Just a super confusing and overly complicated system for booking a room for the night.

The property is nice and everything about was good. However; our room was through a parking garage and our room in particular was a little noisy. We could hear sirens and cars when they were driving by. We are on the 1 st floor of the parking garage It all self check in and instructions was good It was just our floor I’m guessing it was the noisy

Nice stay - once you get in
Pleasant stay, location a bit soso at the edge of the CBD, but easy walking distance to the center. Really friendly people at the front desk. A vending machine for some basics would be useful. I liked the amenities and the community center. However, check-in procedure is rather complicated and would be impossible if one doesn't have mobile access to email (not a given for foreign travelers). There was no communication after pre-check until the keycode was sent an hour before check-in time and no email contact to inquire with - I found that rather disconcerting.

Perfect accomodation for remote workers
Very clear instructions about how to enter the accomodation and anything else which needs to beexplained in advance. Whole communication and infrastructure was very good. The keys could be taken from a locker and the appartment was super nice and cozy with plenty of room for everything and a huge kitchen and bathroom. They also have office spaces on other floors and unlimited access to drinking water in the basement which was very handy after the checkout.

Upon arriving in Nashville for our trip, I didn't receive my email check-in instructions until I called for them. Once I finally got the email, we realized we had missed part of the key details. We mistakenly tried to enter room 303 instead of room P303, which we were unaware of at the time. While we were trying to sort this out, it was understandable that the only staff member was busy. However, we ended up wandering around aimlessly for an hour with all our belongings until we finally received the correct room assignment and key fob. Other than check-in the over night stay was good. Location is very walkable to all Bridgestone area and all the downtown Nashville area.

Absolutely loved staying here and will stay again. The place smelled absolutely amazing! It was clean & I felt so safe! The 3rd floor rooftop was top notch! Fire pits, cooking grills, a stunning view of the city, a pool, tvs, and the inside lounge area was just as perfect. I found my home in Nashville away from home. Will come again. Loved it.

Excellent choice
We loved this place. Easy walking distance to Bridgestone Arena and downtown. Smooth check in with lots of details to help you find parking and key. The room had a pretty view of downtown and was well equipped with more than we needed for a single night. Bed was super comfortable. Quiet! My only comment was that the hallway was dirty - it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed.
