The layout was a bit odd and honestly for Confused every time I came down for breakfast to weather make a left or right. It was a nice touch to have live entertainment in the lobby what it wasn’t well advertised. Instead or in addition to the cider in the lobby it would have been nice to have coffee/tes available. Gym was very good

The location was very convenient, the front desk staff was on point, with the exception of the guy wearing the mask. He did not. follow up like he promised. The beds and pillows were not at all comfortable and made my hubby and I very painful. I slept on the couch for the last two nights and hubby slept on the floor. The lobby areas smelt amazing as well. However, the parking rates were ridiculous @ $55 a day so we couldn't rent a car like we wanted to. .

Everything at this hotel was wonderful other than the woman who checked us in. She was rude and obstinate. We had paid for everything through Expedia and then she proceeded to tell us that Expedia does not pay the extra person fee to them even though I showed them the receipt clearly showing we had paid the fee. She continued to refuse to finish checking us in even with two other parties waiting behind us to be checked in. We acquiesced finally just to get it done. Crazy that she would fight us for at least five minutes over a ten dollar charge we had already paid. This experience put a sour taste in our mouth for an evening we had looked forward to.

The staff were very hospitable. The location was approximately located from destination one Vonlane bus trip. I started my trip in Atlanta, Georgia. The hotel had very comfortable bedding, the rooms were laid out nice. Breakfast was wonderful.
