The elevator and stairwell from the parking garage to the property smelled really awful. We all had to hold our breath while we were in there - we thought the elevator was bad, but the stairwell was also terrible. In our room, the shower head did not work properly and the bathroom sink clogged and drained very slowly. The condition of the carpet in our room was very unsanitary. The front desk staff were very friendly and capable.

Downgraded but ended up alright
We reserved a king room and were told when we arrived that we had been upgraded to two queens. That’s not an upgrade for a couple. The guy told us they had a room that was out of order and they had to start with non-members. Wasn’t really apologetic about it. Just kind of made us feel like they didn’t care. That didn’t start out our stay on a great note. Besides that, our room was clean and fairly comfortable. It was kind of dark. They need more lighting. And they have the room fridge in a cabinet that was closed so it was frozen up due to no air movement around it and it wasn’t cold. We kept the cabinet open and it did finally cool down. Parking was easy and convenient. The location was good for access to wherever we needed to go and even as close as it is to the freeway, it was well insulated and quiet - and our room was on the freeway side. Breakfast was pretty good. Nice to have eggs and sausage each day. Would stay here again. I know sometimes people just have off days.

Some maintenance to be done
The room was really nice and comfortable, but the shower door didn’t seal very well every time you take shower water got out and made a puddle. Every time I sat on the toilet seat and got up from it it kept knock into the wall. But other wise it was great stay.
