We offer a 2-bedroom 2 full bath apartment.
Bedroom #1 has a king bed with full en-suite bath.
Bedroom #2 has a king bed
There is a second full bathroom right outside of Bedroom #2.
The living room features a HUGE sectional that is able to convert into a queen-size sleeping arrangement for additional sleeping.
The full kitchen that is stocked with all of the essentials you should need, from cookware/glassware to a combo coffee maker!
Our private patio offers one of the best sunsets you will ever see in Nashville with an AMAZING city view!

You will have access to the entire unit and all amenities that our building has to offer! Which includes a heated-salt water pool, BBQ pits, a gym, and cycling classes.

We will not be on the property but are local and available at any time!

We are located right in the heart of Sobro district in downtown Nashville. You are a short walk to everything!

You should be able to walk almost anywhere you would like to go. If you choose you can get a lyft/uber or grab a scooter to get around at anytime!

*If you are interested in a unique experience and would like a Nashville recording artist to come to a private acoustic show at the Penthouse, we can get that set up for you, just ask us how! His name is Noah Alan and you can find his original music on all platforms!

Please note, we ONLY PROVIDE a starter set of any guest amenities. This includes but is not limited to:
2-Toilet paper rolls per bathroom
2- Rolls of paper towels
1- Cleaning sponge
1- travel sized bar soap and shampoo
A handful of K cups or small bag of grounds
We want our guests to have a great time while in Nashville, but if any of the following happen we will have to charge a minimum of $150

1- We reserve the right to charge a minimum of $150 additional for any vomit or urine that has to be cleaned up or is in towels or bedding.
2- There will be a minimum of $150 fine for smoking of any kind inside of the property.
3 - Damage to any items or the property itself.

Please note that we are unable to offer refunds outside of our established refund policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added protection.
