You will enter into a large open concept, family room with 2 full size couches, w chairs with ottomans, 2 additional chairs, queen size futon, reading swing, bench, ceiling fan, 75" smart tv and fireplace. As you pass through the family room you enter the fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for breakfast in. Comfortable dining area with additional seating at the island. One bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom downstairs. The downstairs bedroom has a 75" smart tv, closet, luggage rack. In the closet you will find a pack and play, croquet set and corn hole game.

On the upper level you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed and two twin beds w/ 75” tv. The other two rooms share a bathroom with one room having a king bed and the other a queen bed. All bedrooms and family room have large smart TV’s. Backyard has a deck w/ cafe lights and adirondack chairs. The patio has cushioned seating, fire table, large spa with cafe lights, croquette, corn hole and private parking. Home away from home.
A delightful home to stay in. This house had everything needed except your own personal things. We all enjoyed the amenities that were offered hot tub fire pit games bbq. We took a uber to Broadway so we didn't worry about parking. There was 8 in our party and plenty of room for everyone.

Great place but sketchy location
We loved the house. It was perfect for our bachelorette trip. Very clean and cute!! The owner was great as well. BUT the location is not great. Our Uber drivers said the area was transitioning but we tried not to stay outside for long. It also is about 10 minutes to downtown.

The Tay Tay House
Our stay at the Tay Tay House could not be any better! House was clean and had all the amenities needed to make you feel comfortable. In addition, the house is a close Uber ride to downtown, Athena, and the Capitol Building. Highly recommend staying here if visiting Nashville.

Fun family vacation
We needed the perfect venue for a family trip to celebrate my best friend’s engagement. The house was super clean and the host was very kind and helpful. She was able to answer our questions and accommodate our needs. The home is so stylish and made for the perfect instagram drop back. We loved the back yard and spent most of our time there! About a 5-10minute ride to downtown. We loved it.

Was a great stay . Too hot for hot tub though.. wish there was shade for it . Other than that it was a gorgeous home. Well thought out . Plenty of space. Towels etc. Great job . Neighborhood looks sketchy.. but we had absolutely no issues . Then again I am from Cleveland so nothing bothers me . Looks to be up and coming like our Tremont area . So it was all good .

The house was exactly as presented on VRBO, very nice, spacious and clean. Denise was very helpful when there was a need to communicate. Coming into the neighborhood doesn't look the best, BUT it was quite and we had absolutely no issues and felt safe the whole time.

Wonderful stay! Immaculate house- they've thought of everything!
We came to Nashville to celebrate my son's 21st birthday. This house was immaculate, beautiful and the owners truly thought of everything. We all had an absolute blast. It was close enough to downtown that it was a quick uber ride but far enough away that we were able to rest while we were in between activities. The house was clean and so cute. The hot tub and firepit are an extra little suprise. Oh and the bathrooms and showers?!?! I wanted to take them home with me. We were a little worried when we pulled into the neighborhood at first but had absolutely no issues and felt 100% safe. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

This VRBO is awesome! It was so spacious and it is very well thought out for sleeping spaces! The bathrooms are huge and come with so many towels! There were fans to use as well which we loved. The TVs are massive and the living spaces are just awesome. Denise was awesome to communicate with and so understanding! We recommend this place 100% and a large bach party had so much fun here. So close to downtown/ Broadway and so many places to eat!!! :-)
