We had a great stay at the Westin. Heavenly beds are always the best. Great service from Bryan @ L27 who was working exceptionally hard. L27 was wildly understaffed on both occasions when we went there and he was clearly stepping up! Would have been nice if the pool was in a better location and had a better set up to actually make it worth using. Overall this was a good hotel in a good location albeit a bit overpriced.

Hotel was a little tired & outdated. For $759/night, I was expecting it to be a little nicer. But overall, a pleasant stay. There is a train behind the hotel that can be quite loud in the morning though.

Our stay was excellent. The only complaint is there is no refrigerator in the room just a mini bar. They advertise complimentary bottled water. That consisted of 1 bottle of water per day. There were 2 of us staying in the room. Would have been nice to have a couple of waters each per day.
