Disappointed on how dirty the room was. Over lobby space seemed clean. But the room floor was dirty and unclean peppered with obvious dirt, hair etc. bathroom counter/shelf ledge and other areas of the surfaces I had to wipe clean. Will not return to this hotel for my stay in Franklin ever again.

Greeted by a wonderful staff that was very pleasant and felt they really liked their job. It was a welcome like " welcome home." Upon entering, it was bright, clean and a fun yet relaxing atmosphere. The room was large with 2 queens and very clean. A nice welcome addressing me personally was playing on the TV. (Nice.) Bathroom was spacious and clean. We had 3 adults in the room and plenty of space. We found excellent food and a couple of quick places nearby to stop at and get a great bite to eat and quick shopping. Last min needs of course at a Walmart less than 2 miles away. The hotels breakfast was perfect from delicious hot eggs, sausage, its own pancake maker with the wave of your hand, to plenty of fruit and a variety of coffees. You all nailed this. If that was not enough, the endless snack bar at the front desk where you can purchase about anything provided a great variety. I travel very often and this was a first for me with Tru by Hilton and I will be seeking more opportunities. Thank you.
