The cable did not work and they would not fix it. The room had a weird smell. Woke up on roaches crawling on the counter of the kitchenette. Offered to put me in another room but could not guarantee that room would not have roaches.

Tv did not work. Woke up the next morning to roaches crawling in the counter of the kitchenette. Room has a weird smell. Offered to give me another with a working tv but couldn’t say there wouldn’t be roaches. Guy standing in the lobby said he killed around 40 roaches that morning and there were still a lot more in his room

We checked in. Saw sketchy people everywhere. Walked in to the hall and the cigarette and weed smell was overwhelming. Room was grundgy, pieces of the vent fan in the bathroom were on the counter with no shower curtain present. We immediately left and stayed somewhere else. We forfeited the $100, figure this place needs it more than we do. We should've known better.
